Extraordinary Newport Gem - Ocean Views - Luxury Upper Unit

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean front upper unit has all you need for your next vacation. With 2 large decks, one facing the ocean, with spectacular views, this home is a rare find!

The home opens up into a lovely kitchen and dining area, followed by the living area with comfortable seating and a TV. This entire living area is accompanied by wall to wall windows with immaculate views of the ocean. The wall to wall windows slide open onto a spacious deck with another dining table and a built in countertop with a sink and a gas BBQ.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bath, with spectacular ocean views from the bed and the shower! The other 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit has a queen bed in one and a bunk bed with a twin over a full in the other. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

There is one car parking in shared garage.

This home is in the perfect location, within walking distance of many good shops and great restaurants. Sitting right on the sand, this home is the perfect spot.

Great location, Great view

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, lots ot walk to- market, coffee, shops etc. The home was tidy and well appointed. And the views beautiful! Will definitely return!

The place in general was great. Great views great accommodations. It could use a little updating to some basic features. Other than that our family loved the property.

Beautiful space and location, AC would be very helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a hot week in CA. in the 90's. The location is exceptional, the rental is nicely decorated and in good condition. The master bathroom and laundry have a little unconventional layout. But the issue is if the temperatures are hot down there, then the temps inside were very hot. We arrived to an upstairs unit, as we walked the inside the thermostat said it was 94 degrees. We tried to turn on A/c or something to cool the place and soon found out that all that was there are a few fans. After fans and open windows and doors all night it cooled to near 80 degrees by morning. We could not get it any cooler than 78 during our entire stay. Most the time it was in the mid 80's or higher indoors. The place is great, but I just didn't enjoy sweating when I came in from the sun. Would highly recommend an A/C for a place like this, if even just needed a few months out of the year.

This property was amazing! Very clean and just what was described. Location was great and the views were stunning. The property management company was so easy to work with and seeing the cleanliness in which they keep the property I would highly recommend them again.
