Location was awesome! Overall great house but the refrigerator was not working properly.

Incredible location right on the sand. Dog friendly we were able to bring our dog and enjoy sipping coffee with our dog fenced in, but can still see over the block wall. It was perfect. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we could need. Communication was excellent. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

The location makes this property shine. You simply cannot beat having the beach at your doorstep.My only feedback is that the leather couch and chair needs to be cleaned. It should be noted that there is no air-conditioning although opening the windows solves this problem and you can hear the sounds of the ocean, which is great!I would absolutely stay at this property again.

The ocean and beach are literally your backyard. Coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails on the patio in the evening looking at the beach and ocean, enjoying the amazing sunsets. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the Newport Beach area in general. Would definitely book it again. Thank you to the hosts for a a fully integrated and seamless process from booking through the entire stay to check out.

Great Views. Good stay. My only comment is that house is small and is in need of some maintenance and Also needs to replace the carpets (rugs) throughout the home they are in need. This being said I’d stay again as the sunsets are worth it.

This place was ideal for a beach vacation! Steps from the sand, incredible sunsets, close proximity to stores and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely book again!

Great Weekend

Property was perfectly located right on the beach, far enough away from main pier so it felt secluded, but close enough to access shops and dining. Patio was the best part, with chairs and barbecue to entertain guests. Booked this property for a weekend and it did not disappoint

What a great beachfront condo

What a great beachfront condo. This was the second year in a row we stayed here for Super Bowl weekend. We love the location of being right on the sand. The condo is perfect for us as we can also walk to the boardwalk and Uber to restaurants in the area. We look forward to staying here next year.

Excellent!

We came for Disneyland, but will be returning for the beach. The water was a little cold, but we quickly warmed up in the sand which is right outside the front patio! The patio was excellent.
