Cette unité au premier étage est située juste sur la promenade pour profiter du surf et du sable, le patio est idéal pour beaucoup de soleil et un barbecue utilisant le gril à gaz, il est joliment meublé 3 canapés que l'on convertit en lit, télévision à écran plat , planchers de travertin, vues fabuleuses sur l'océan depuis le salon ouvert, tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine, la cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, de beaux appareils et un lave-vaisselle. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, il y a une deuxième salle de bain dans le couloir qui est magnifiquement équipée avec une salle de bain complète.

Great time

Great location, clean and modern amenities. The bike trail is a double edged sword, great access to pier area but a little bit of a game of frogger getting to and from beach. Bikes go WAY over the posted 8mph speed limit and generally do not care about pedestrians (any age). Police, lifeguards, and city patrols do not enforce speed limit or no motorized vehicle rules on trail (we had a front row seat to the action), so look both ways before you cross path. You are rolling the dice on who you share the property with as upstairs noise and sharing garage and laundry can be an issue based on who is there. Overall great location and we plan to go back!

Easter Weekend

This property was exactly how we imagined it, casual beach comfort. We stayed in the lower unit, which is literally on the beach. My kids loved it. They played endlessly in front of the house in the sand. Easy walk to Bar/Pub for food and drinks. Bike paths make getting around easy. Grocery store is a block away. Perfect location for family getaway.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here. What’s not to love with the ocean right out the living room window and steps to the beach? Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location

Fantastic rental. Would love to make this a regular vacation spot. Unbelievable location. Zero boredome. In the living watching the kids play in the sand 10 ft from you. Perfect. 100 stars if I could. The property manager Edward, was great and immediately responsive with any questions or needs. :-). Loved it!

Fantastic getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in Edward’s beautiful condo right on the beach. It literally had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and so many fun things were close by. Catalina, Disneyland you name it. We will for sure rent from Edward & his lovely wife again.

Great location! Great stay! We had groceries delivered from pavilions, but it’s also a quick 5 min walk away. We had 3 adults, one teenager and a toddler, everyone had fun! Can’t wait to come back :)

What a great property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. We had a blast sitting on the patio watching the people walk by and the close walk to the water was great. The parking was very nice as well. I would recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon. The communication with the owner was outstanding, very helpful.

Property on beach

The location of the property is great. The owner was very communicative and even got us an early checkin like we requested which was very appreciated. The check in process was very easy. The property is just as expected based on photos, a little small but fit our needs. My only complaint would be the check out time of 9am, which felt extremely early. I would recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location

House was in a great location. Right on the boardwalk and wonderful people watching. Lots of activity right outside your backdoor. Steps to the beach. Short walk to bars, restaurants, Newport pier, & grocery store. House was not fancy but very comfortable for a small family get-away. Owner was very responsive. We will be back?

Awesome Property and Location

Wonderful Property! Good sized bedrooms and Awesome location! We have rented several places on the boardwalk and this one is great! Have your groceries delivered from nearby Pavillions so you can spend all of your time at the beach! Best Chocolate Croissants and Iced coffee at Alta Coffee shop a short walk away. Everything is within walking/ biking distance. Parked our car on Sat and never moved it! Great time for everyone!

Super fun beach getaway!

Edward was super helpful during the check in process and responded promptly whenever we had questions. We stayed in the lower unit, and the place was super clean and very comfortable. We borrowed the boogie boards and the bikes that were in the garage. The kids had so much fun riding bikes all over town. We enjoyed walking down to all the restaurants and shops at the pier. This location is also just down the street from the grocery store. The only issue we really had was parking our large SUV inside the garage which is shared with the guests staying in the upper unit. It was really difficult parking two SUVs in the garage because you are coming from a narrow alleyway. But the good news was that we had no issues finding parking on the streets. We just needed to be mindful of which days each street had “No Parking” for street cleaning. Our family decided that we will be making this is an annual destination. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!!

This is the place for you if you are okay with paying over $500 a night and getting bad customer service, bad attitude from owner, and amenities that could easily be beat by a Motel 6. We had been delayed for hours along our travel day, travelling with a husband who is a disabled veteran and two teenagers. Once we arrived at property, at night and hours past what we had hoped I contacted owner to request code to enter. I asked if we could use same code to open garage door, he responded "Nope. Please read the check in instructions again, Part 2". Yeah, you read that right, part 2. A simple no, would have sufficed. A warm welcome to the property it was not. You can expect a stocked kitchen. But if you need more than one towel per person, a bath mat better than a kitchen towel would be on the floor, or an extra blanket for a cool November night.... well, you're not going to get it. Like I said, Motel 6 amenities, and THE WORST attitude and zero customer service from the property owner. Stay at your own peril. Oh, and he asks that you leave property at 9am and to wash your towels the night before, so if you wanted to shower before leaving that early morning, plan accordingly.
