The property is centrally heated and air-conditioned on the upper level for your comfort and boasts an impressive six bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Elle et Lui features two large living rooms, one on the upper level with a wood fireplace, and another on the lower level equipped with a massive T V. The separate dining area boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing uninterrupted access to the stunning views.

A spacious balcony stretches the full width of the home, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and for those who appreciate beautifully manicured gardens, you'll find a peaceful oasis just outside.

The lower level has a spa and sauna offering relaxation and rejuvenation.

Bedroom 1 - 1x King bed + hidden ensuite, including bath, separate shower, toilet and Bide. Note this room is all about the views there are no blinds in this room at all
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed + ensuite with shower and toilet
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds + ensuite with shower and toilet and work desk
Singles cannot be converted to king beds

Downstairs
Bedroom 4 - Double bunk and single bunk + ensuite with shower and toilet

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 10 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Access: Entire property, except the garage.

Lounge Rm: Each level has a lounge room, both with fantastic views. Upstairs includes a slow combustion fireplace and downstairs is less formal and includes a large T.V.

Kitchen: Fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tone large oven and a large gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Dining: Separate dining area also with fantastic views.

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.

Heating: Central heating systems, slow combustion fireplace and gas log fire place.

Pets: Strictly No pets allowed.

Parking: Space for two cars and ample on street parking.
