We checked in very late at night. There was no outside light at front door, making it difficult to get in. The home appears clean for the most part, however, I did find a long hair on one of our bedroom pillows, which grossed me out. There were only partial rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. We had to go buy some the following morning. Soap dispenser in back bathroom was completely empty. Sliding door in rear bedroom was unlocked. There is one picture on one bedroom wall, otherwise, no real decor at all, making it feel not very âhomeyâ. Communication with Evolve was horrible. I messaged them twice before our stay and never got a response. I then called them and was told they couldnât answer my question and I would need to speak to the home owner directly. Representative said he was messaging me the owners name and phone number as soon as we hung up. I never received the information. Upon returning to the house after our first day out, we could not unlock the front door. I called owner twice and also texted. It was over an hour until we received a call back. We had been given the wrong code to get into the house. ( this explains why the door seemed to unlock too easily our first night there. I honestly believe the door was already unlocked when we arrived). The outlet in bathroom on left side did not work. Many Windows were so dirty that you couldnât really open the curtains because you didnât want to see the filth.
