Stay with us at our Snowcrest condo, a perfect cozy ski getaway with close 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Ski Lifts.

Looking to stay in Park City, and be close to all the action? Look no further, the Snowcrest Inn, ideally located for all your Park City vacation desires. Just a short 5 minute walk and find yourself at the First Time lift or take a quick bus ride to downtown Park City dining and nightlife! Whether you’re planning a visit to carve up the mountainside or hoping to do some shopping, you’ll find yourself in the perfect spot for either.

THE SPACE
After spending time on the mountains or at the local shops, you’ll find yourself resting up or passing the time in this well appointed one bedroom one bathroom condo. Kick back on the couch, flip on the television, and warm up with the wood burning fireplace. Don’t forget to take some time to enjoy the communal pool and hot tub. Playing hard is wonderful, but it's always nice to have a place to recharge for another day of fun!

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, Keurig, crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), and cookware.

THE LIVING AREA
In the living area you'll enjoy a comfy sofa bed , TV with cable, and a wood burning fireplace.

PARKING
You will have access to 1 free parking spot at the Snowcrest Condominiums and a parking pass will be required. Additional parking is not available.

THE COMMUNITY
This unit resides within the Snowcrest condominiums. While it is an older construction, Snowcrest is a well maintained community with many of its homes being used as vacation rentals as well as permanent residents. It is ideally located, within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Park City. The local free public transportation system will also take you to Deer Valley or the Canyon’s Village. Snowcrest offers guest access to the community pool and hot tub with a restricted schedule.

- This home sleeps 4, 2 in the master bedroom (queen bed), 2 on the sofa bed (full size mattress)
- There is a washer and dryer located in the unit
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Spring: Pool and hot tub close when the Park City Mountain Resort closes, generally in April.
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Summer: Pool and hot tub re-open on memorial weekend and remain open until September 30. Hours are generally 10am - 10pm
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Fall: Pool and hot tub close from October 1
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Winter: Pool and hot tub re-open at the start of the ski season, and remain open until Spring. Hours are generally 10am – 10pm

Upon arrival, If you identify concerns or issues, contact PMI Park City immediately using the contact information provided in your check-in email or the welcome book. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Location

This condo is very conveniently located close to the lifts, the bus stop and local markets. It was well appointed and had everything we needed to really enjoy the week in Park City. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay

It has been an amazing stay. The place is super functional and has everything you need.It is a short 5-7 min walk to the lifts.It is super convenient to fresh market and other stores so you don’t really need a car if you plan to ski. Highly recommended!

Perfect for ski school

10 min walk to ski school. Valet ski gears for free at the ski resort. There is also bus if lazy to walk. Super close to pharmacy, coffee, restaurant and supermarket. 5 min walk when not counting waiting at the lights. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit owner was very thoughtful with all we needs. I had a really great 6 days 5 night stay including partly working via video calls. WiFi was great

Super close to lift

Small coozy 1 bedroom super close to first time lift. Exited the back door and 1st time lift was about a block away. You can take that list to payday and have access to the mountain in like 15 minutes.

Cozy condo with a great location!

My wife and I stayed and this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it! The Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed! The Jacuzzi is just steps from the front door which was great in the cold weather. The slopes are a short 5 minute walk making for an easy day of skiing!

A cozy little place at a perfect location

The apartment was close to the Part City Resort center, the perfect location for skiers. It was clean, had everything that a couple or a small family needs. We enjoyed it very much!

Fall visit in Park City

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. The condo was perfect for our needs and was centrally located. We rented bikes from Coles Sport right across the street and did our grocery shopping as Fresh Market every day.

Lovely Condo in a Great Location

We had such a lovely time at this condo. It is located perfectly, walkable to the base of Park City Mountain, the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself was cozy and wonderful for a romantic getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, knives, and bowls so we were able to cook ourselves dinner. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Great Location

The location of this condo is perfect! My kids love the hot tub. Check in and out was easy. The bed was a bit hard though. There was no dishwasher in the condo. Overall great stay!

The photo online of this property does not do it justice. It exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. 5 - 10 minute walk to Park City lift, and 1/2 hour walk into Main Street shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Great place, TERRIFIC location

I stayed here for a week while on business. Its as advertised. Its well equipped and really clean. The mattress was even good! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Location is a stones throw away from the Park City resort parking lot-- Great location for an evening run/walk.

Perfect location, walked to base every day. Bus stop across the street which we used to go to Main Street when it was cold - can also walk to Main Street, Starbucks, grocery, etc. Condo was perfect size for a couple (might be a bit too small for 4 adults). Very nicely stocked kitchen, washer and dryer a big plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for skiing park city

Cozy condo. Great location. Short walk or 1 shuttle stop from the payday base and 2 great ski shops right across the street. Perfect for a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 kid and may work with 2 young kids as well). Everything was as advertised, but agree with the other reviews that the bedding, appliances, toiletries could use an upgrade.
