This property was very comfortable and the perfect location to historic downtown Park City as well as other popular outdoor attractions. The only concern we had was the air conditioner; a couple days of our stay the temperature was in the high 80âs and the air conditioner wasnât cooling well. The gas fireplace was giving off heat, so that may have been a factor. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
The property itself was a little run down. The room was clean, the manager was responsive. It was just a lot smaller than I anticipated. But overall fine for our one night stay.
My husband and I stayed here during a weekend ski trip. It was perfect. Looks exactly as pictured. Owners put a lot of effort into making the place nice, comfortable and cozy. Loved that there is a gas fireplace and a really comfortable couch. We will definitely be staying here again!
The condo looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It comes with all the plates, pots and pans, and silverware you could use. There are plenty of towels and linens, and also the basics of salt and pepper and a couple of herbs. If you need oil or butter, you need to bring your own. I do love how the heater runs through the fireplace. So, when the heat turns on, so do the flames. Pretty nice. The only item in the condo I found slightly concerning is the gold plating on the silverware is coming off. I don't know if this only chips away while being washed, or if I wound up eating some of it. All of the utensils have this issue, so there was no getting around it. Other than that, the room was perfect for me. Now, there is one thing the host has no control over. When I was taking the trash out on the last morning and putting my bags in the car, my key card would not let me back into the room. I had to walk a block to the front desk, wait in line before they could reactivate my key card and then walk back. Just so I could get my phone and laptop out of the room and return the parking pass. Then, I had to walk back to the front desk, again, and wait in line to check out. It made me late for an appointment I had on Main Street. This is in no way a complaint for the host, but it is something you should know when getting ready to leave on your day of departure. You may need to make two trips to the front desk.
The condo was exactly as described... super cute and very convenient to downtown Park City. We stayed for two nights and appreciated all the the little extras the space was outfitted with to make our stay comfortable.
Unit is just as pictured. Compact but very efficient. Bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped.
The outdoor patio was a nice feature. Access to the shared pool was a bonus. Location was great with free bus service to Main Street. Would recommend!!
Cons: unable to fully turn off the fireplace which generates some heat. Not ideal during summer. A/C was adequate and there is also a nice ceiling fan.
Also would love to see a few wine glasses!
Very clean, easy to check in, and in great location. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the bed. We both thought it was really uncomfortable, but that's a personal preference. We also thought the white caulk around the bottom of the shower was a little junky looking, which detracted from the nice shower appearance.
I like to let people love what they do and be active outside. Skiing is fun and one of the best places to ski is in Park City. It is close to (walking distance to many things) downtown, dining, entertainment, and so many outside activities. The free bus comes right to the condos and takes you anywhere within Park City.
