We have extremely high-quality cleaning staff, hotel-grade linen service, and a full staff to tend to any issue that arises in order to keep your stay comfortable and trouble-free.

This large beach house is located ½ block from the ocean and in the center of all the Cocoa Beach action where you can walk to the Pier, and walk to Ron Jon. This comfortable beach house features 5 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths with two kitchens, a formal dining area, a kitchen island, and three TV/sitting areas. There is plenty of space for your family to cook, dine, and hang out with others or by themselves making it perfect for extended family gatherings like reunions or other family celebrations. The large fenced-in backyard has a heated pool with an elegant, built-in hot tub, and outdoor gas grill. There is a covered lanai to shelter those that prefer to get away from the sun. It's the perfect setting for family BBQ's and fun by the pool. You are located exactly half-way between the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Ron Jon Surf shop; an easy walk to either of them, or the many area restaurants. You are also a short drive to great family fun like the Kennedy Space Center (see a space shuttle up close or an even more immense rocket via the free bus ride once you're inside the park), Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Springs, the outlet malls, and Orlando International Airport.

Great for Families

Great location close to beach. Pool and patio area were great for times we were not at the beach. The house is laid out well for two families to share. We shared the place between my family of 5 and my wife's sister's family of 4 and had plenty of room.

Melbourne Beach stay

The property was very nice. Exactly as pictured. Plenty of room and a great location. Close to the river and the ocean. Location couldn’t have been any better. The kitchen was stocked with any kind of pans, dishes, and gadgets you might need. The bedrooms were large and all the bathrooms were very nice. Couldn’t have been any better. Has a lot of fun in a beautiful place!

Family Time

This house was everything that it was listed as and more!!! It was perfect for a large family gathering especially since everyone had their own room and their own space!!! The location was absolutely perfect and everything you could need is close by!!! We hadn’t even left and already booked another trip for this house next year!!!

Great multi family home near the beach

House was as described with all amenities. Lots of pool and beach toys were on site for use. As well as plenty of pool/beach towels. Layout allowed for multiple families to share the home and have plenty of quiet space when needed. Communication was clear and prompt. Great beach house still within 30 minutes to two hours of many attractions.

Perfect place for a multi family getaway

We booked this house for a multi generational family vacation. The rental had plenty of space for everyone and two kitchens that let us eat in for some meals. Beach access was only a couple blocks away and the backyard pool was perfect for relaxing after outings. The property manager was responsive when an issue arose. Everyone agreed this property was the perfect fit for our vacation.

GREAT VACAY

The property was as listed. The house was very comfortable. We actually spent more time at the house than we expected. Plenty of beds, seating and pool furniture. The pool was clean but most days was too cool for us to use but we were really after the sun which was plentiful. An awesome stay at an awesome home. Count us in for another future stay!

Clean and convenient

This property was great for our family vacation! It had easy access to everything and everywhere. We were 30 mins from Space Coast ball park, and less than 5-15 minutes to many other amenities. Beach was right across the street with easy park access less than a mile down the road as well. Great location for families as we had 12 people including children which was nice for private pool, w/d, and awesome pool house stocked with everything you need. It was easy to contact management with any concerns or questions with quick reply. Thank you and hopefully we can stay again!

Fantastic Location; Wonderful Property

The house is perfect for a larger family. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed having 2 separate kitchens and 3 living spaces. The backyard is definitely the highlight of the property. The pool is heated and perfect for swimming morning, afternoon and evening. The storage shed has everything you need for an afternoon at the beach, which is less than a block away. The best bonus was that we spent the afternoon watching the Thunderbirds practice for a weekend air show, from the backyard pool. We would highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

Our family and friends had a wonderful time at the Coco Beach property. This house is set up perfectly for multi family use - allowing for together time but also separation. We enjoyed having the backyard pool and location of being just one block from the beach. The property manager was readily available and quick to respond. The pool heater was not working well and they were there within 30 minutes of reporting the issue. We had two babies with on our trip and the cleanliness of the property (floors and rugs) was a little disheartening having littles crawling around. Overall, wonderful time was had by all and we would stay again.

nearly perfect- but frustrating

House, location and communication were great. 1 day before we were to arrive (Sunday), we were told that the hot tub would not be working until Monday. Long story short, the hot tub never worked. The owners sent out 2 different company's- neither of them could figure out the issue. We were at one point told that the hot tub would only be functioning for 2- 3 hour periods each day 6am-9am and 6pm-9pm. This ended up to be untrue, as the hot tub did not function (no heat, jets, and minimal water) for the entire 6 days of our stay. Then the owners told us that it was not a hot tub but a Spa- so we shouldn't be complaining. If the owners would hire a reputable hot tub company to fix the issue, this is a great place. The adults were looking forward to nice evenings in the hot tub, which never happen. I'm not sure the owners understand how to really manage a rental property.

Awesome Property

We absolutely loved this property! There was PLENTY of room for my family which consisted of three couples, three young kiddos, and an extra adult. We spent a lot of time at the beach because it was so close, but we also spent a lot of time in the pool. Everything we needed for the beach and pool was in the pool shed which was awesome! It was close to restaurants and shops, and it was very clean. Kelsey was kind and quick to respond. We would absolutely love to come back to this little paradise by the ocean. It was a vacation we will never forget.

Fab stay

I stayed here with 8 members of my family and we had a fab time, we took over the whole house which is split into 2 units, accessed via the laundry room. The pool is great. Large and clean. My only issue was the mats in the bathrooms didn’t look very clean but we stuck them in the washer. Everything else was lovely and clean. We had an issue with the internet access and the air con but they were sorted immediately with no fuss. Couldn’t fault the service and would stay again in a heartbeat. Lovely location and neighbours

Family vacation on Pasco

Property was very roomy, pool and hot tub were very nice. They had just about everything we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was very nice and close to a lot of things to do. Watched 2 rocket launches from the beach which was within walking distance.

Cocoa beach bliss

Great location! Easy walk to shopping, food, beach and entertainment. Kelsey was responsive and really supportive even through an unexpected hurricane! Wonderful property and great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great place & great location!

This was a great house! We definitely will be back. We had the whole house and enjoyed the multiple living spaces. We spent most of our time outside in the covered lounging space and pool. We also appreciated the well stocked shed full of beach supplies/toys. Everything you can think of was available to borrow and made our stay very enjoyable. Property management was very responsive and accommodating in coordinating our departure. A short walk from the beach and we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach one day. So cool, can't wait to come back!
