You can be swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi or just relaxing under the tiki hut watching the game while grilling dinner. My family and I stayed here for spring break. House was immaculate, back yard was a private resort with clean pool, hot tub, functional fire table. We saw a rocket launch from the hot tub! House was quiet with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spring Break trip

Great stay! House was clean, well stocked and looked just like the listing. Backyard was great, loved pool, hot tub and outdoor tv area. Good location close to beach, stores and restaurants, many within walking distance. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

House was easy to access, in a great location and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Everything you could need or want was in walking distance or a short drive. Would stay again if in the area.

Amazing place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean and inviting and the pool hot tub area was AMAZING! The walk to the beach was nice and close, also that area of the beach was pretty quiet! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We made great memories with our daughters, love love love! Thank you for sharing your place with us

Wonderful Property

Beautiful property and stay. Exactly as described. All the amenities on site and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean, safe neighborhood, private outdoor space with pool and hot tub.

Great stay!

The host was so responsive and the property is exactly as advertised. We wish we had more days to enjoy the house and backyard. Great location, quiet street, close to the beach and lots of activities. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area.

A true gem!

We loved everything about our stay here! It was fully stocked, we were so close to the beach and we found plenty of yummy places to eat at nearby when we wanted to go out! We’re already planning a trip for next year!

Amazing stay.

This property was very clean and relaxing. The size was perfect for our group, close to the beach and our new favorite 4th street filling station! 10/10 would recommend. Plus you can’t beat that backyard.

Perfect private getaway!

My friends and I take a trip without the kids every year and we were so pleased with this property! Super close to the beach and attractions like bars and shops. Kim and Wendy were easy to communicate with and replied promptly. Will definitely be staying there again next time I go to Florida!

House was above and beyond what we expected. Our new favorite VRBO we’ve stayed in. Put a lot of thought into accommodating guest. Backyard is awesome for kids or just relaxing in general. Close proximity to beach. Overall a great place to stay

Paradise Found

We stayed here for a few days to enjoy the beach, pool, hot tub and relaxation over Spring Break. It was walking distance to the beach and several yummy places to eat. The house was clean, cute and had plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the privacy of the backyard and all of the extras that were provided to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Wendy grew up on Merritt Island and spent all her free time on the beach in Cocoa Beach. After she grew up and moved away, she and her husband Steve and their dear friends Kim and Bryan brought their 6 children to the area for many beach vacations, trips to Disney and the Port Canaveral with the opportunity to see some space launches. With the purchase of Casa al Mare, the two families have realized a dream of having a 2nd home that can be shared with our family, friends and VRBO family. Our home is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pool, hot tub and updated features in the home only a few blocks from the beach. There is a door alarm on each of the French doors which open up to the pool area, to alert adults that someone is walking out to the pool. Casa al Mare has boogie boards, noodles, several beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, and a beach cart to get everything to the sand. We hope you enjoy Casa al Mare as much as we have!
