A generous master bedroom with ensuite is accompanied by a smaller single bedroom/ study, ideal for a family of 3 or 3 travellers. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Cleanliness
Please leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy. Our cleaning fee covers a standard clean — laundry, vacuuming, and wiping down — not deep cleaning.
If your stay results in extensive mess, damage, or staining, additional cleaning fees may apply. Please dispose of trash in the basement’s designated trash area and avoid letting it pile up.

Damage
Accidents happen. If you break or damage something, please let us know immediately. We appreciate honesty and will work with you to find a fair solution.
Guests may be liable for repairs, missing items, or specialized cleaning.

Check-In and Check-Out
Please check in and check out during the designated times to avoid disruptions for the next guest.

Furniture
Please do not move or re arrange furniture during your stay. Our furniture is carefully placed for functionality and safety, and shifting it can damage both the furniture and the flooring.
