Launch kayaks or canoes in Swan Pond just down the street from this lovely cottage featuring a private back yard and off street parking! Located just minutes from Bell's Neck Conservation Land and the shopping and dining of Route 28, this vacation rental will provide endless fun for everyone! West Dennis beach is just a short drive away. Step in the side door to find a charming entry way leading to the kitchen and adjacent family room. One bedroom with a full bed and another with two twin beds as well as the bathroom with tub are just off this space. There is a window AC unit in the family room . The simple Cape décor will make you feel right at home. The backyard includes an enclosed outdoor shower, a lawn area with provided games, a cloths line, and a picnic table perfect for enjoying a feast of fresh caught fish or some lobsters! This cottage is the ideal place for your Cape Cod vacation! 3 night minimums available for an added $150 cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 nights or more! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Great Cape Cod Vacation

This property in Dennis was just as advertised and even better in person. Our little family loved staying at this cottage. Great location, clean and cozy. Booking, communication and the experience there was perfect! Would definitely rent here again.

The outdoor shower is a great bonus when coming back from the beach. The location is perfect as everything you need is at most 10 minutes away, from beaches, to stores, to coffee houses, to restaurants. The street is a nice calm area. We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need.

The place turned out to be too small for our family's comfort (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Outdoor spaces were not particularly pleasant. Coffee maker and gas grill were slightly broken.

Great time

Everything was great, exactly what we were looking for. Good communication, supplies, accessories, etc.. The only complaint and suggestion for the future is to have the lawn/weeds mowed. There wasn't much of a lawn and wasn't expecting the best but the excessive weeds were well over knee height which made it impossible and rather disgusting to walk through or make any use of. A quick mow to level them down so walking isn't so messy would have been nice. Especially during tick season it was very high, messy and unfortunate. Other than that great time, thank you.

There was an excellent 3 ring binder that gave much information- the how to do e.g to use the tv, where the vacuum cleaner was located. In all my times renting for my annual 2 week vacation on Cape Cod I have never found a more enjoyable and restful house and quiet environment. The professional staff were exteemely warm and welcoming and heard my response to one little glitch regarding the lower door lock. The dead bolt sufficed. I've found my forever rental. Hopefully the price remains within my limited budget which was another plus for this rental. My title for this review really says it all: My home away from home.
