You will have access to the entire property. There is room to park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Please note that this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We ask that you please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10pm as there are many young neighbors with early bedtimes. Thank you

The two bedrooms at Tranquil Tides are designed with comfort and style in mind. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a dresser, a full-size mirror, and a spacious closet, offering plenty of storage for your stay. Fresh linens are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, as well as a dresser. Both rooms are newly furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

The full bathroom at Tranquil Tides is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience. It features brand-new Grohe trim fixtures and a bathtub. The hallway closet adjacent to the bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary starter toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need from the moment you arrive.

The thoughtfully design of the newly renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a beautiful farmer’s sink, and a Grohe faucet, combining functionality with elegant design. Equipped with all the amenities of home, including a Keurig coffee station, tea kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove, it’s perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The adjacent breakfast nook seats six and is ideal for gatherings, whether you’re playing cards, sharing a meal, or planning your day. Additional amenities, such as indoor games and beach towels, are conveniently stored in the seating area.

The living room at Tranquil Tides offers a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. Overlooking the quiet cul-de-sac, the room features all-new furnishings and comfortably seats six guests. A smart TV allows you to log in and enjoy your favorite steaming platforms. This welcoming space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Cape!

Outside, guests can take advantage of the private fully fenced yard. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, cook on the propane grill, or relax around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs. The storage bin is stocked with yard toys, a cooler, beach chairs, and beach toys, ensuring fun for the whole family. With plenty of space to play and relax, the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying Cape Cod’s lovely weather! A new deck has been installed as well with lounge seating.
- Children are not allowed in the basement at any time.
- Small dogs (<30lbs) are permitted with advance approval based on breed. No other animals/pets allowed. Dogs cannot be left unattended. We can provide a crate if requested.
We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. A guest's email is needed to send the guest the agreement through Docusign for signature.
-After you book, you'll receive a message with a link to the Renter's Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
-Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.
-Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Also, there is a pet fee of $200. Our insurance does have breed restrictions. Please reach out for breed approval.

NOTE: The property requires 3 steps to access the side entrance and stairs are required to access the basement. In addition guests accessing the basement must be able to crouch while descending and ascending stairs to navigate low ceiling. Guests must use caution and not permit children in the basement at any time.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security cameras: Camera is located at the side door facing the entrance and front door facing street. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces or backyard. The cameras record video only when activated by motion.
