Bring the kids for April vacation and enjoy spring on the Cape.

We just added an apartment sized under counter dish washer and installed a new floor in the half bath.
Instead of a overpriced hotel room stay this winter/spring at our house and enjoy walking the beach, biking ,hiking ,antiquing and going to great restaurants or end your day grilling on the patio and enjoying the fire pit or sitting by the wood stove in our living room. In summer enjoy all the Cape offers and our beautiful beaches/sunset and ice cream stores close to our house.

Update : We just added an apartment size undercounted dishwasher, new floor in the half bath a new 24' Smart TV with Roku in the kitchen and besides the existing pac and play we've added a small pack and play that's great for a small child's crib, plus a large fold up play peen, jumpy seat and a child's table seat to make your life easier.
In 2025 we updated our drive-way with cobble border, native stone and widened somewhat for your convenience plus added a new wood fire pit and in 2024 we updated our kitchen floor and did some painting to make the kitchen a more warm / enjoyable area to spend time in.( see photos ).

Our home is located in a quiet convenient neighborhood on a double lot providing extra privacy. This well maintained one level home has an eat in kitchen. attractive living room with smart tv and a wood stove for off season rentals. There are 2 bedrooms; the primary has a queen bed and the second has a full size bed plus bunkbeds. There is a 1/2 bath in the primary bedroom and a full bath off the central hallway.

On the other side of the kitchen is a good size family room with dining set, smart tv, desk and queen size pull-out couch, allowing for a get away place for the kids, teens or private room for guests. Just off the kitchen slider you step onto a charming brick patio area with comfy furniture, gas grill, gas and wood fire pits and large enclosed outdoor shower all amongst a garden setting and private treed yard. There is a storage shed with ramp for storage of bikes, beach chairs etc. and feel free to keep kayaks in the yard .

Our home is centrally located in historic East Dennis just up a slight hill from Route 6A and just 1.35 miles to beautiful Cold Storage Beach which is the closest, Sesuit Harbor and Corporation Beach just a few miles from the house .Take a pleasant bike ride to Cold Storage Beach past beautiful historic homes or kayak through the tidal estuaries from the Sesuit Harbor boat launch, bring your boat and launch at Sesuit Harbor or reserve a slip at the marina. Hike the nearby trails/marshes of the Dennis Conservation Land Trust, swim and fish in the many local ponds, ride or walk the Cape Cod Rail Trail, dine at fantastic local restaurants and enjoy galleries and antique stores all close to our home.

Dog friendly with acceptance from owner needed first and a $ 200.00 nonrefundable fee and dog must be leashed when outside the house when in yard or walking the neighborhood and larger dogs will be considered by us.

The house can sleep 8 people however, our first preference is no more than 6.

We don’t supply linens or towels but I can provide name of a local company if you need one .

At this stage our preference is weekly rentals (Sat to Sat )for the last week of June, all July and Aug and the first two weeks of Sept however, we will consider 4 or 5 night first two of Sept if a Sat rental start or Mon. rental start . During June,July and Aug we might consider 5 nights with a Sat or Mon check in.

The photo showing van parked along street is where you can park cars or a boat or other type trailer if needed so please don’t park on the grass on either side of our gravel drive because our septic system is under the grass .
