Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom,1.5 bath corner townhome is a delightful, pet friendly unit. Views overlook the pool and forest; vaulted ceilings, large windows, and wet bar. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a king bed in the master adjoining the bathroom and a twin with a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Towhome is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Take the short path to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool on this hot summer months or jsut some in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape.All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome! Carpet in the bathroom... not so much. You get 2 rolls of TP for 5 people for 5 days!!! Bring your own towels for the hot tub btw.

In need of removaton

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is old and shabby. Lots of chips and defects in wood trim. The stove is PUSH BUTTON electric. Stopped making these in the early 70's. Therefore, the stove is at least 50 years old. Otherwise, kitchen lack equipment. For example, no measuring cups or spoons. Almost entire condo, including bathrooms, is carpeted. Not very hygienic.

A bit outdated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Negatives: couch was too small. Stove was extremely outdated. No tv in second room. Picture of second room didn’t match actual number of beds. Positives: close to Jacuzzi if it wasn’t blocked by snow. Close to village gondola.

Room for improvement

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Spacious, walking distance to village, allows dogs, good walking area for dogs, good place to sled and play for kids, beds comfortable, shovel provided to shovel out car, broom provided to sweep snow inside unit. CONS: Seriously needs an updating, teflon kitchen pans so worn I didn't dare cook with them, so we were unable to prepare meals, carpet should be replaced with better, pet friendly flooring (and why is there carpet in the bathrooms?), no instructions given for heater (panel opens vertically on the right side, adjust fan flow directly on vent below), couldn't make a fire with one piece of wood (no kindling supplied, just two ineffective fire starter packs), no instructions provided on how to use wood stove (venting, flue), light didn't work outside front door (never was repaired despite our calling and asking twice, couldn't see keypad to enter unit at night), outlet didn't work in downstairs bathroom

Great spring skiing in Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was in a very good location--5 min walk to the Gondola and village. Furnishings were a bit dated (granny squares in avocado and gold) but otherwise functional. Only complaint was that there wasn't comfy seating for 4 in the living room--just one couch. But this unit was "pet-friendly" which can be hard to find, so would come back. Also had trouble operating the thermostat. Key pickup was easy.

Amazingly cozy. Cute, rustic, clean, perfect location for skiing. we walked to the gondola!

We absolutely loved this unit. Perfect for a family of 5, located right across from the office next to the pool and jacuzzi. The appliances are bit old fashioned but the fireplace was great - they provided wood and kindling even, and it was so cozy having a fire going. We're definitely coming back so don't take this unit the week we want it!
