After a fun-filled day spent skiing or hiking, you can take a soak in one of the three on-site hot tubs, go for a swim in the community's indoor/outdoor pool, and find all sorts of entertainment in the on-site game room.

Dine and shop with ease in Mammoth Village, located less than a mile east, and return home each afternoon to enjoy a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a flatscreen TV in the light-filled living room and each of the two bedrooms.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Awesome Stay in Mammoth

This condo is as close as you can get to the lifts and the views are stunning. We were very comfortable and loved the beds. There is limited cell service so that is something to consider, but we will definitely book this condo again!!

A Location That Can’t Be Beat

Great place, clean, everything you need for a short or long stay including underground parking. The location doesn’t get better or closer to Canyon Lodge, walk back if you forgot something, grab a bite to eat and leave your gear on the slopes.

Great location!

The location and view of the mountain was great! Quick walk down to canyon lodge. Super easy check-in/out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. A little dates but it didn’t bother us at all. Quick response to any issues via text. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, perfect condo!

Location was great to the mountain and so easy to hop on the gondola and head into the village for dinner. Condo was exactly what we needed and had almost everything to use the kitchen as you would at home. A few recommendations to increase the benefits of the kitchen and the property manager was very responsive.

Minute walk to Canyon

Beautiful property with incredible views out the sliding glass doors of Canyon lodge. Huge perk was the parking for two vehicles, one inside parking garage and one directly outside. The elevator and baggage carts were a plus too! Probably a 4 minute walk to canyon, if that.

Cozy Cute Condo

This condo is cozy and has everything you need. It was great we could have our dog and the location is awesome. Just a couple suggestions-mats for the floors bc when it’s cold the floors are very chilly, and also firewood. Those are just suggestions, we would definitely come back!

Love this Condo!

It's our second time staying at this condo and we love it. It works perfectly for our two boys. We gave the teen the bedroom with the en suite and our younger guy slept in the day bed and loved having the view of the mountain when he woke up. The washer/dryer in the unit is key! The unit itself is conveniently located down the walkway from the hot tub/pool and the parking. The games in the building's club room were a plus we discovered this trip!

Spring Break Time

We had a lovely stay, the location is great, you can ski in and ski out of the condo, as it's right across the parking lot from the Canyon Lodge, and you can take the gondola to the village too (for free). The only complaint I have was with the wi-fi and the tv. Turnkey helped me with he wi-fi, but we couldn't figure out the tv in the front room. Other than that everything was great and I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you! Dawn

Spring Break Ski Trip

This is our 2nd time in this condo; we stayed the same week last year. Awesome location and easy check in process and parking. Same issues exist in the condo as last year which is a bit frustrating. The dishwasher racks are completely broken and so when pull one out, the whole racks falls out as the wheels are broken. Fridge ice maker and water wasn’t working last year and not here is a sign saying they are out of order. The unit needs a serious upgrade on utensils like knives for preparing food. These are pretty simple things that I shouldn’t even have to write about considering these were the same issues from a year ago.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and rental for skiing. Less great for summer. The view of the ski runs and canyon lodge are not desirable. The first floor rear balcony opens to a public space that is not private. The second bedroom is small and the window opens to a stairwell. The pictures make the space look much larger than it is. A little small for 2 couples. The kitchen was sparse in amenities and supplies. Generalized overpromised and under delivered

Vacasa service is weak

The company Vacasa is awful! We left keys by mistake with a chip on the ring and can see them on gps and here we are 3 days later and they haven’t told us they have them. This is after charging me a service fee to look but we can’t get an answer. Today, 3 days later we can see on GPS the keys were moved to a church in Mammoth. Vacasa is awful and will not follow up. They should reimburse their fee they charged. Terrible service in my opinion!

Can't beat the location!

The property management company was the only bummer about this property. Although there is a main number that passes your issues on to local management, the local maintenance person was not responsive to my calls and never got back to me with updates. Luckily, the issue we had was happening with all the units and the onsite manager who is there everyday from 8-6 was extremely helpful even though she wasn't managing our condo specifically. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but just be aware that the local property support is lacking. The kitchen is well stocked but they need new knives! Also, during the winter, you can not access the outdoor deck and you have little visibility out the windows because snow was covering all but the top foot of the windows. I'm sure it's beautiful in the Summer or when there is less snow. Overall, you can't beat the location and the accommodations were very comfortable!

Perfect Location, Average Accommodations

The location if this condo is amazing. You can't get any closer to Canyon Lodge than this. Just walk across the street and ski. Unfortunately, the condo itself left much to be desired. It's definitely showing it's age and we were underwhelmed with several aspects. The heater didn't work in the second bedroom so there was a space heater, but that was inadequate to warm that room and bathroom. The remote for the cable box was missing, so we couldn't change the channel and there were no streaming apps (we plugged in a laptop to play Netflix instead). There was one box of Kleenex between the two bathrooms and the kitchen was not well stocked (limited plates and bowls) and only soap to run the dishwasher once. We also found the furnishings to be below average. One curtain panel was missing on sliding glass doors, a cushion on the couch kept sliding off and the beds were just okay.

Patio Convenience + Location!

We loved staying at condo #102! Most important feature for us, was the sliding glass door with access to the patio right across the street from Canyon Lodge. Our two, double-digit sons loved the short, powder hike back to the condo after a day on the hill. The adults took the lobby elevator ;) The patio also provided a perfect morning play yard for our pups! We just opened the slider and they were off! The beds were extra comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners and there was more than enough lounge space for our family.

Needs Deep Cleaning

We have been staying in condos in Mammoth for over 30 years. We decided to try a new location this time because it didn't have stairs. This condo was the worst cleaned condo we have ever stayed in. To start, there was food splatter all over the microwave, the kitchen and bathroom counters were grimy because the cleaner they left under the sink was not suited for granite, the dining table had dust and animal footprints on it, there was a puddle under freezer door, when I wiped up a water spill in the kitchen the napkin was filthy so they clearly have not been mopping. We also found that the dishwasher had been loaded but not run. Now, being a pet-friendly condo, we don't expect a flawless carpet, but this carpet had stains everywhere! With the uncleanness of the rest of the condo, we were afraid to walk around barefoot. We were sent a robo-text shortly before arriving to rate the cleanliness of the condo. We gave them a 2 and also informed them of some major scratch marks on the back of the 2nd bedroom's door. Vacasa contacted us the next day and offered to send another cleaning crew or provide cleaning products. That gesture was too little too late because after having driven 9 hours, we had no other choice but to clean the condo ourselves the night we arrived. We asked the representative for a discount off the cleaning fees, she said she would speak to her manager and we never heard back. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated, and the views beautiful! The proximity to a doggy potty area was also great. Be forewarned, however, that if you are visiting in the summer, the sliding doors on the massive shared deck do not have screens. It was so hot we had no choice but to leave the sliding door wide open whenever we were in the condo and pray no critters came in. We had to run every plugin fan we could find in the condo and one of the oscillating ones had broken legs so it couldn't even function properly. With a major deep clean, this condo would be a nice place to visit and we would definitely come back. However, in the state it was given to us in, we cannot in good faith recommend it.

Mountain view

Loved being at the end of the street. The side of the condo facing the mountains is all glass. Opening the curtains every morning made for a great start to our day.
