Solterra Resort is located in the Davenport area with quick access to the major highways that allows for a quick car ride to all of Orlando’s attractions. From the I-4 take the Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and then turn to the right to take Pine Tree Trail and just in a few minutes you have arrived to this gorgeous two-story single family vacation residence. A short car ride leads up to the world-famous theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants & bars, golf courses, nature trails, convention centers, and it is even less than 1-hour from either of the Florida coasts to enjoy a beach day. Enjoy its unmatchable amenities & facilities surrounded by the nature of Central Florida.



Solterra resort offers guests a world-class recreation center. The Clubhouse features Fitness center, Gathering room, The Play Zone, Pool with beach entry, Pool Side Lounge with outdoor fireplace, Pool Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cabanas, and the Café Sol Bar & Grill. Outdoor activities includes Tennis Courts and the Solterra Club Trail. To access Solterra Resort amenities, there is a fee payable directly at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more. This is a one-time fee for your entire stay.



Accessing the property, a combination of kitchen/living/dining room in an open plan showcases a sophisticated blend of textures and colors with contemporary furnishing. Wide glass sliding doors invite guests to spend time splashing in the magnificent private pool or to relax in the jacuzzi. A large BBQ for lunch or board game nights in the screened courtyard sounds like a great plan for some guests. Next to the kitchen, there is a convenient Half-Bath and a Washer/Dryer room where guests can do their laundry.

The Blue Belle Suite is accessed directly from the great room of the main level. This stunning master suite with a comfortable King-size Bed is tastefully decorated in blue hues and contemporary furnishing. This suite has a great full-bathroom with bathtub and glass enclosure shower box. Additionally, the guests can access this bathroom from the courtyard as there is an extra entry door. The first floor presents a loft with large modern couch where guests can enjoy a movie or TV show.



The upstairs master bedroom features a Queen-size bed in between two luminous windows. A great mural showcasing a city night landscape and a combination of grays with beiges accentuate the décor of this large room. The suite has a full-bathroom with double sinks and shower. Next to the master suite and with front view is the Junior Suite where a Queen-size bed is highlighted and surrounded by fresh pastel hues touches. This suites has a full-bathroom with shower. Opposite to these two suites there are two other bedrooms that are kid-theme decorated and both of them can share a full-bathroom with bathtub and double sinks that lies at the end of the hallway. The Frozen Fun bedroom consists of one Twin-size and a Bunkbed (Twin-Over-Twin). Lastly, the Star Wars Bedroom features a great wall mural and two TwinSize beds.



Going down kids and adults will be glad to find a feature bonus for them, the garage converted to Game Room with football, air hockey, and pool table games.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
