Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the great location, the newly installed carpeting, and the lovely pool area. We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering the additional sun loungers, they were purchased and delivered on day six, but we recognize that speed is important and regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, we wish these concerns had been brought to our attention while you were with us. We take clean property standards very seriously and would have gladly sent our cleaners and maintenance teams to resolve any issues immediately. While minor wear and tear can happen in high-volume vacation homes, we always strive to maintain high standards. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for staying with us! We are so glad to hear the home was exactly as you expected from our online photos. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the pool and spa heating. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. While our team strives to provide prompt communication and well-maintained homes, we regret any frustration regarding the pool heater and the condition of the pool upon your check-in. Pool heaters can occasionally experience unexpected mechanical faults between stays, but we apologize for any delay in clear communication while our team investigated the issue. Outdoor furniture is periodically updated to maintain functionality, though we understand consistency with photos is important. Please rest assured that regardless of a property's market status, maintaining guest comfort and high service standards is always our top priority. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Debbie was fantastic. Excellent at communicating and adhering to house rules. Although we'd love for Debbie to return, we also heartily endorse Debbie for any host.

Hi Gilda, Thank you for your review. Please note that the house is not advertised to include coffee, cream, sugar, or any condiments. For safety and hygiene reasons, we don’t provide consumable items. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you for your feedback, Garry. We're glad you enjoyed the location and layout of the home for your group. We’re sorry to hear that maintenance and cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations. We take guest feedback seriously, and the professional cleaner did a deep cleaning at the house, and we are working on the appliance to improve the experience for future guests. I'm thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the house and the pool area during your stay. It's always wonderful when a property lives up to its pictures and provides a positive experience. I appreciate you sharing your feedback about the parking instructions and the description of the garage. I'm sorry to hear about the carpet issue, but I'm glad to know it was cleaned well for your visit. Your insights are valuable. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your stay did not meet expectations, as we strive to provide every guest with a great experience. To clarify the refrigerator issue, the unit was inspected and operating correctly before check-in. When a fridge is stocked with a heavy load of room-temperature items all at once, the cooling process can slow down temporarily, which explains why it was fully cold by the second day. That said, we apologize that our troubleshooting messages felt frustrating rather than helpful. When we didn't hear back after our last message, we believed the situation was resolved, but we regret that you felt unsupported. We have shared all of your feedback with both our housekeeping leadership and maintenance teams. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool, the view, and the game room, and that our team was responsive to your concerns. We apologize for the issues you encountered with cleanliness and maintenance. Your comments are valuable, and we will ensure they are addressed to improve the quality of our property. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an enhanced experience.

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our house. We appreciate your kind words about the house itself and how it suited your family. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited number of towels and the cleanliness issues you encountered. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short in this aspect. Your comments regarding the cleanliness have been noted, and we will address these concerns with our cleaning staff to ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future. We understand the importance of accommodating larger families like yours, and we will certainly take your suggestions into consideration to improve the facilities and amenities to better cater to the needs of families with multiple rooms and beds. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to stay with us again despite the issues you encountered. It is our goal to continuously enhance our services, and we look forward to the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience on your next visit. Regards, Oli
