This Solterra villa is designed for families and groups who want space to relax, gather, and spread out. The main living area features comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, while the upstairs lounge offers a second hangout space with a queen sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, and everything needed for easy meals at home. The dining area seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

Solterra Resort charges a one-time amenity access fee of approximately $35 to $45 per home, per reservation. This fee provides access to resort amenities for the duration of your stay.

Prime Disney-Area Location

Solterra Resort is conveniently located in Davenport near Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Central Florida attractions.

It is a great home base for guests who want a private pool home with resort-style amenities nearby.

Dog Friendly

Up to two dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog, per reservation. The pet fee is not included in the booking total and must be added directly with the host after booking. Guests must sign the pet agreement. No cats or other animals are permitted.

Important Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter kit is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, and hand soap. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, extra paper goods, and personal items.

No smoking. No parties or events.

IMPORTANT RESORT AMENITY NOTICE – FALL 2026

Please be aware that Solterra Resort is scheduled to undergo renovations to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and clubhouse bar beginning September 8, 2026, with pool and hot tub work beginning September 22. The project is currently expected to continue through approximately December 14, 2026.

During this time, the aquatic amenities will be temporarily unavailable. The Clubhouse will remain open, with Café Sol, fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and other resort activities still available for guests to enjoy.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as Solterra makes these improvements to enhance the resort for the future.
