Only a short drive to Champions Gate Village which benefits from a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets plus there are numerous award-winning championship golf course’s all within a few miles. It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.

This home has a beautiful open plan villa which has an amazing lake view, large pool and extended decking. It is both stunning & spacious with a fabulous modern interior throughout, it offers you and your guests’ space, comfort, and luxury. Due to the position of the house, the pool deck has sun exposure from early morning to late afternoon.

The Ground Floor Living Room with its expansive sofa really is the hub of the home. This is a great place to catch up at the end of a busy Florida day & enjoy the view out onto the pool & beyond onto the lake.

The Loft Area is a great addition to this home, such an amazing space for you all to chill & watch a movie, it has the added addition of seating for the little kids. This area has Xbox for your kids to play up-to-date games!

The Outdoor Space – Outside you will find a stunning lake view. This home has a 30ft pool with a spa & extended sundeck that is equipped with outdoor pool furniture & dining table for you all to enjoy. For those looking for some shade there is a covered lanai area to provide some respite from the sun.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) This room has a King-Sized dark fabric bed frame & beautiful metallic furnishings. It has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with shower.

Bedroom 2 – (downstairs) This room has a King-Sized room that is tastefully decorated with grey and metallic furnishings. The room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with walk in shower & separate bath. This room can be accessed via the pool deck.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) This room has a relaxing feel with a Queen-Sized bed with crisp pale blue & white soft furnishings. The room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 - (upstairs) This is another fantastic bedroom which has a King-Sized bed with beige & grey & metallic furnishings. The room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 5– (upstairs) The first of the themed rooms has an amazing Cinderella castle mural & two twin beds. This is a great space for siblings & friends to enjoy. The room has a Flat Screen TV and access to a shared bathroom with a bath & overhead shower

Bedroom 6 – (upstairs) This Space themed room has a twin bed as well as a twin bunk bed, another great room for family & friends to share & enjoy. The room has a Flat Screen TV and access to a shared bathroom with a bath & overhead shower.

There really is something for everyone in this beautiful luxury home. We provide a 4 burner grill/BBQ at no extra cost!

We provide Xbox and Arcade with a number of recent games. The guests don't need to subscribe to use the Xbox as we pay the subscription.


Policies:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes
and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing

PLEASE NOTE:

-POOL/SPA HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE.
The pool would be heated for approx. 12 hours per day, and Spa heat can be set higher upto 100 degree F.

-There is an additional fee for Leisure Patron Solterra Amenity Access – One-time fee per house per reservation: $35 for 1-12 Guests; $45 for 13+ Guests.
