Tout d'abord, cet endroit est parfait pour tous les événements à Phoenix, Scottsdale et région de la vallée de l'Est. Il est situé au centre avec un accès facile à l'I-10, US-60 et 101. Il est également à moins de 15 minutes de l'aéroport Sky Harbor et environ le même à Mesa Gateway. Donc, si vous venez à Phoenix pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, ce lieu rend Voyage dans la vallée facile.

Les Guest Quarters a été récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux peinture, le carrelage et le mobilier. Nous voulons vraiment votre séjour ici pour être paisible et sans tracas. Tout en profitant de votre séjour, si vous avez besoin quelque chose que nous sommes juste un coup de texte ou par téléphone de suite, mais nous avons fait de grands efforts pour essayer de ne rien manquer !!

Les Quarters invité est connecté à mais totalement distincte d'une maison sur mesure 4000 pieds carrés dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés à Tempe.

Notre objectif pour votre séjour ici est d'avoir le sentiment de maison loin de la maison. Votre confort et votre satisfaction est notre priorité.

Wonderful Property

Love love love this property and the Hosts: Super Clean, Super Comfortable. They make sure you have absolutely everything you need. They were incredible! Stay here when you are in the Phoenix area!!

Disappointment

We have stayed at Monte’s place the 5 years with positive experiences, and he graciously anccepted our dogs. Unfortunately, that all changed this year. The host was drunk just about every hour of our stay! There were MANY aggressive, profanity laced tirades wishing death to “libs” and even his fiancé. The rants escalated as our stay went on. We finally decided to leave early when he began referencing his guns. In addition, there was regular cigarette smoking to the point that it entered the guest house air. The ceiling fan and window screens were very dirty. The pool was poorly maintained, and the lounge chairs had tears in them. Sad to see the demise.

Great Location, Great Hosts!

Monty and Bonnie were prompt in greeting us and making sure our accommodations were stocked with all we could need (even bottled water and snacks!) The location was very close to everything we could need (grocery store, freeway, Sloan Field to watch baseball and restaurants). This was very likely our best trip to the Valley of the Sun and will consider staying here again on our next visit! Thanks!

Great place to stay near Phoenix!

Monty was a great host, and his place was perfect for what we needed. My daughter loved having her own space up in the loft and the desk for schoolwork. Messaging through VRBO seemed to be having issues, so he reached out by text which was helpful. We had to shorten our stay after the cancel date, and he offered us a partial refund even though technically he didn't have to. Would stay here again if in the area!

Got off to a bad start.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the listing was accurate. On the first day my wife and kids arrived before I did. For some reason, the property managers were not expecting us and we’re not ready. They did not answer the door or the phone until it became obvious that my family wasn’t going anywhere. I tried reaching out to them with the phone number provided on VRBO (from 3 states away) both via voice and text. It was awkward because I could see that my text messages were being read, but no one was responding. When contact was finally made, they were told to come back at 6 PM. They finally got the key at 7:45 PM. Once we got inside the B&B, there were no more issues. I met both the property managers and they seem like nice people and it was probably a fluke, but it definitely put a stain on our experience.

Wonderful Vacation!!!!

Monty and his wife are awesome to work with!!!! Any time we needed anything which was once in 2 weekd, it was at our door in a short time. They are very friendly, but never bother us. It is a very quiet and secluded culta sac. Just down the street and around the corner is small mall and nice grocery store, gas station, a d lots of close yummy eateries!!!! Perfect!!!!

Monte and Diane are great hosts for this fantastic vrbo. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable rooms will all appliances and washer/dryer. Highly recommend this one.

Perfect Temp location

Stayed here over the Christmas week. Lovely neighborhood: quiet, safe, and within walking distance to grocery, coffee shop, etc. Very clean and comfortable. The loft worked well for our group- allowing for some privacy for members of our group. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a stay in the Tempe area!

The property is meticulously cleaned. The location is perfect for South Tempe activities. The hosts are amazing. They are accommodating, personable, and receptive. This is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to be back!!

Perfect location for us.

This South Tempe location was perfect for us. Just a couple miles from our family. Monte is a welcoming host and the presentation on VRBO accurately shows what’s available. The reason for my lower rating was that the noise emanating from the old refrigerator was just too much for us to sleep. We ended up pulling the fridge out and unplugging it every night. Monte is going to rectify this but it didn’t happen during our stay. The space is also very dark and there’s no comfortable seating. (Our last day there I found folding chairs in the closet. They were an upgrade from the hard kitchen chairs.) There Is no cable TV so we made due with Netflix. If you can’t make due with a hot plate and microwave for your cooking needs, probably not the place for you. That’s said, Monte is a very welcoming host snd generous with the use of his pool and backyard space. The location is on a lovely, quiet street with easy access to groceries, coffee shops, and Trader Joe’s. We’d stay again if there was a newer fridge.

Home Again in Tempe

I lived in Tempe, Arizona for more than 33 years. My month-long stay at the South Tempe Residence was just like being "home" once again. It was my "perfect" location. I hope to visit again in the future. Many thanks to Monty for a wonderful property. See you in 2021. Stay safe and healthy!

Covid 19 2020

Our third visit. We would give them 6+ stars if we could. Monty and Bonnie are wonderful hosts. The amenities were great as always, but more importantly their caring, concern, and understanding during the Covid 19 crisis was tremendous. The property was clean, and we had everything we needed to maintain proper hygiene. They made us feel very much at home, and safe throughout our stay. To those of you who had to cancel your visits, please consider rescheduling with them when you get the opportunity!

Wonderful property. Great location. Fabulous hosts!

This is our second two week stay. Monte is a welcoming and gracious host. He happily meets all your needs. The apartment is neat clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor area is peaceful and inviting. The pool was a bit chilly, but still enjoyable! We are already planning our next visit here!

Great little get-away!

This property is perfect if you are looking for something bigger than a hotel room, but not as expensive as a condo or full house rental. We have a toddler and access to a fridge is key. This place was great. It is two levels; it has a kitchenette, bed and bath on the first floor and a living room and loft bedroom on the second. Despite being a compact design, it really feels like you have a lot of room to spread out. It was the perfect amount of room for our family of three and, if you had a an additional person, it would still be very accommodating. The owner was very friendly, provided clear communication about the condo and stayed in contact whenever we had questions. Everything was clean and well provisioned. We were out and about quite a bit, and this place made a perfect home base. We would stay there again, and I would highly recommend it to others!

Great place, great host, great time! We will return!

I hate giving 5 star reviews.....I am always afraid when the word gets out, Monty's place will already be rented when we want to come back. This was a charming guest house close to everything....walk to grocery store, Cinema, neighborhood with horses and riding paths, etc. Our host was a sweetheart....just a call or text away if you needed something. It was nice to have parking off the street right by your door. The place was very clean with great decor, and although there is no stove, there is a hot plate, electric grill, and full sized 'frig...more than adequate for cooking. Thanks Monty for allowing us to be your guests.
