Fabulous Three Bedroom Villa, Views! Wifi, Kitchen is well equipped.
A very spacious Three Bedroomed Villa in Paphos. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, verandah from kitchen/dining area, bbq. Car Parking space to front of Villa.
Booked 1 week before travelling, and communication and the whole booking experience was excellent and very smooth.
Villa was perfect, excellent position for all amenities, beaches, town centre, and central base for travelling and exploring
Owner is very friendly and helpful and provides a generous welcome pack.
A very roomy villa. Lovely views. Peaceful. Local amenities close by. Swam in pool everyday. The sea close by to swim in to. A lovely welcome hamper left on arrival. Close to beach and bars and lovely restaurants. Would definitely recommend 5* stay thank you âșïž
The property was very clean and Christina was a lovely person who left us a lovely welcome pack which was very welcome as we arrived in the dark after a interesting journey from Paphos airport due to road closures.
Christina was always available if we had a problem.
We played golf and had a very relaxing holiday
The villa was exactly as described. It is in a quiet neigbourhood which is fairly rural but close enough to shops and restaurants.
The welcome pack was one of the best we have ever had and the owner visited us to bring a delicious cake. We had a couple of queries which were quickly dealt with.
I would return to Cyprus in November/December, it was a very welcome break from the cold and rain!
Excellent spacious villa , we really enjoyed staying 16 nights in Christine's villa, pool was cleaned everyday and villa was cleaned with new towels and bedding every week. Location was really good đ only a few hundred yards was small supermarket and restaurants and bars.Theres loads of beaches nearby but the Best beach was a couple miles away called coral beach. Privacy was great as it's surrounded by trees and hedges, but doesn't block the sun shines all day round pool đ. Overall if you are after a great holiday then we'd highly recommend this villa â„ïžđ
We had a 9 day stay at this lovely villa.
Itâs clean, well appointed and in a great situation.
In the hot months you will need aircon.
The pool is clean, and was always just right temperature wise.
There is all you need for self catering but you are also close enough to walk, bus or taxi to nearby restaurants and bars.
If you prefer a soft bed you will need something to put on the beds as they are hard.
Christina was very friendly and helpful.
Sunsets from the terrace upstairs are lovely!
We are happy to recommend this villa and would stay again.
Christiana is a lovely host ,left a wonderful welcome food and drink package ,along with home grown bananas.
She likes to check everything is ok with us.
We played golf a few times ,bit windy at times but enjoyed it.
We ate at Harmony Restaurant and the Village Inn both very good.
Lovely view from the terrace, not quite warm enough to swim in the pool.
Back in the UK now to wet and windy weather!!
Xx
We have recently returned from staying at Christine's villa in paphos,
We couldn't have been happier with our experience.
The villa was amazing with sea veiws and sunsets every evening.
Christine was extremely attentive and was available whenever we required. She also came to clean the property mid week. Not that it required it, as it was such a clean property when we arrived.
We also really appreciated the welcome pack, we arrived so late in the evening therefore having something available for breakfast the next day was brilliant.
The whole family enjoyed the pool massively and the pool guy came regularly so it was very clean.
Christine also assisted us in booking our transfer to and from the airport which was a great bonus because panikos the driver pointed out all the local amenities on drive to the villa.
We can't thank you enough Christine for our fabulous holiday, along with the delicious cake and fruit.
We will 100% return again one day.
Unbelievable location for sea view and sunset. Lovely large property, all en suites- great pool and private garden space. Loved sitting outside in the evening. The owners were great at being available and provided plenty of food and wine on arrival, followed up with watermelon and cake.
Made so welcome thank you; weâll be back for sure
We really enjoyed staying in this villa. Pool was fantastic, plenty of sun beds, some toys for the children. Very spacious inside. Each room with ensuite and balcony we were family of 5 so plenty of space. Kitchen very well stocked for self catering. Everything clean. Plenty of towels for pool and personal use. Fans available. Air con was an extra cost so we didn't use it.
We just loved hanging out as a family at the villa. We only ate out once, we drove to the marina. Plenty to choose from.
We loved the peace and tranquility of our villa home, it is in a quiet, peaceful, pretty location, great view to the sea, so we didn't stray far.
The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We asked lots of questions, always speedy helpful response. The pool was cleaned se ceral times whilst we were there, so it was always fresh.
We had a problem with our car one day, the property owner sent a family member out immediately to help us. Which was amazing. Felt looked after, and safe to know that people were just a phone call away if needed.
Lovely touch of welcome pack, wine and other goodies, the owners brought use watermelons and large bag of fresh biscuits from the bakery.
Reccomend this villa for a quiet relaxing family holiday.
Decided to take a Cyprus Christmas Holiday. So glad I found Christine (Manager in the UK), wonderful lady who always responded to e-mails in a timely and courteous manner (no matter the amount of emails I sent to her!). Thank you Christine for being so obliging and you made the whole process so simple.
When six of us got to Pafos at 8.00pm we got the car that we hired and off we went. Unfortunately, we could not make head or tail of the directions (the roads and signposts were made to look as if they were quite near whilst in reality they were miles apart). Was it us? However, we befriended a couple of nice young Cypriot ladies who I put on the mobile to Christine in the UK. Between them all we found the Villa!
The villa is spectacular! All you could wish for in a holiday home - just look at the photos!
On our arrival we were faced with gifts of wine, bread cheese, milk, eggs and even fresh bananas from the owner's plantation!! WOW! Generous to a fault.
When we met Christina (the owner) we were overwhelmed by her kindness. On our first day we got lost (how embarrassing) and we phoned Christina - who lives quite a distance from the villa whom immediately came to escort us back to the house! Very kind indeed. She stayed with us for a time to ensure we had English language films on the satellite, and we asked for extra blankets - which she provided us without hesitation. Her husband delivered them within the hour!
The villa was cleaned to within an inch of its life! The pool was immaculate and cleaned at least 3 times whilst we were there.
We were in walking distance to the little village and driving distance from Pafos and Coral Bay. Lots of excellent eateries to be had.
DIOLCH YN FAWR IAWN (Thank you SO much) Christina for your care and support whilst we were at the Villa- we will always remember your kindness. When we come back to Cyprus, we will not hesitate to re-book with yourself.
I am off now to send Christine in the UK an email - I have had 3 people who have shown an interest in the villa!!! Awesome!
We are now back in Scotland after spending a wonderful two weeks. It was everything we wanted and more. The villa was spotless and the garden and the pool were lovely. There was so many lovely touches, and once we met Christina the owner, we understood why. The welcome pack was great considering we didn't arrive at the villa till about midnight, so after we unpacked we sat at 1.00a.m. in the kitchen eating toasted sandwiches washed down with a glass of wine! Christina's gifts of fruit, cakes and sweets over the fortnight just added to the enjoyment of our stay. Because our youngest daughter is in a wheelchair, we are always a bit concerned that we have chosen accommodation that meets her needs, and this one did. We always have to make a bit of a compromise whatever holiday we go on, but this villa proved to be adequate, with the downstairs bedroom and shower, and the roman steps into the pool was a great help to our daughter enjoying herself as well as the rest of the party. We have already recommended this villa to our friends, and we hope it won't be too long before we can holiday here again. We would recommend a car if you want to do a bit of touring of this beautiful island. A.T. Scotland.
The villa is set on a hillside and what a hill!! I would say it is further than 500 metres to the Vardas sandy beach area and the shops and restaurants are further than a 400 metre walk away. The walk back 'up' to the villa was not a good experience. Once at the villa the facilities were perfect. Clean, comfortable and well maintained.
The water cooler was a terrific accessory. A welcome pack was provided by the owners and was a very pleasant surprise, the fresh fruit that were provided by the owners from their locally grown crop was a nice touch.
Christine and her husband made us feel welcome and at home.
We were a party of 6 adults and none of us could fault the villa or the service, (my in-laws are American, even they were impressed by the high standards).
The Harmony Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was superb.
Holly's bar/restaurant did a great sunday roast and cooked breakfasts.
The supermarket at the bottom of the hill (turn right and is on your right) were a great help. We would shop and they would drop it off at the villa, so at least we didn't have to carry heavy shopping up the hill.
'Janet' from the Horizon shop 3 in Phaphos was very helpful and we feel went above and beyond her call of duty.
Oberon lent us a wheelchair free of charge before we hired an electric scooter from them. There service was impecible too.
We would recommend this villa but feel a car would be useful.
We arrived at the villa at 6am and was very impressed with the standard of the villa awaiting us.
The little touches that were provided by the owners were unexpected and were a very pleasant surprise.
The welcome pack that was received on arrival, the fresh fruit and vegetables that were provided by the owners from their lcoally grown crop. The biscuits and sweets that were handed to us from the owners all make up part of the finishing touches that helped make our holiday an enjoyable experience.
The water chiller provided with 2 full bottles of water was a god send.
The maid only comes once a week but when she is there you cannot deny that she earns her money and puts a full shift in.
I have been going on villa holidays for a number of years and I have to say that this villa has to be one of the better ones that I have had the pleasure to have stayed in.
A very much enjoyable holiday had by all and we will definately return.
