This wonderful villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom on the first floor has a full bathroom and spacious terrace with fantastic sea views! The villa boasts a fantastic view of the sea, allowing you to enjoy amazing sunsets every night in the romantic surroundings of the Island of Aphrodite!

The spacious, open-plan lounge area is equipped with tasteful furniture, CD music centre, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and patio doors opening on to the pool terrace. For the cooler winter nights there is an open fireplace for log fires.

The villa has sauna on the first floor, a large private swimming-pool and patio complete with traditional barbeque. All three bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating.

The private swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) with walk-in steps is directly in front of the sea. The pool can be heated so can be enjoyed all year round. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace.

The dining-room and the kitchen are well equipped with oven & hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker etc. and plenty of equipment to prepare most dishes. There is a large dining table and seating for 6 adults.

Weddings:

We accept weddings all year except for July/August. The Villa has to be rented for minimum 7 days. If the ceremony is being hold on our premises an extra charge of EUR 1500 will occur.

Extras payable locally:

Air conditioning is available at the cost of €6.00 per unit per day in bedrooms and 8.00 per day in living room.
Heating is available at the coast of €6.00 per unit per day.
Swimming pool can be heated at the coast of €59.00 per day.
Please note: During the winter we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.
Sauna is available at the coast of €35.00 per day.
