The villa is very quiet and in a lovely location with great views. The villa itself is as described. Sadly the bbq was not really useable it was a typical Cypriot built bbq but no equipment to use it. No griddles or place to put coals. The hedge is right up to the bbq in our opinion in such dry weather a fire risk. The pool had a very green tinge on arrival but was sorted quickly on the next morning. The kitchen has enough equipment to be able to cook.Although very clear in the description of the villa that there was only aircon in the sitting room and main bedroom, the villa would in our opinion benefit from aircon in all bedrooms. Our stay was in a heat wave and sleeping was made difficult in such temperatures.
Overall the villa suited our needs as the outside space was very good, two of the bedrooms did not have ac but ceiling fans.I would not have booked this villa had that been obvious at the start,as the summer temps in Cyprus are high.
Lovely villa in nice quiet location, great pool area. The villa is ok inside but could do with a bit of TLC, especially the kitchen that could do with the cupboards cleaning on the inside and out.One thing Iâd like to add, after a long tiring journey a small welcome pack would be good, we were absolutely gasping for a drink when we arrived at night and there wasnât even a bottle of water left in the fridge, I would of paid a few pounds extra for this, we did leave a large bottle for the next people however.Would definitely stay again, could just do with a bit of love to get it in shape.
A nice bungalow above Paphos with well kept gardens and swimming pool. Hosts were easy to deal with and access straightforward. The hosts provide coordinates for the property and from that, the satnav found the location easily.
Negatives: Impossible to operate TV, even after TV engineer had visited (twice!), plumbing problem with over-bath shower (had to stay in for plumber!), security alarm was faulty and went off twice for no known reason (once in the early hours of our last night) requiring two visits from security professional. Cheap and nasty (stained) sunbed cushions, barely enough cutlery, tired decor. Tiny toaster (two slice) for villa for six people. Bathroom cabinets worse ever seen, some towels old and scratchy. Table lamp in sitting area nowhere near a plug point. Only one bedside lamp in each of twin-bedded rooms, even then a stretch to plug in a socket. Barely enough cutlery and of poor quality.
Positives: Very quiet location, swimming pool, quick responses from owner and manager to try to sort out problems (mentioned above).
We have just returned from a 12 night stay one of the best holidays I have had brilliant villa great location you do need a car because itâs at top of an hill but overall fantastic villa
Lovely , spacious , attractive villa . Very cosy had everything you need . Pool was huge . Location very peaceful . You need a car to get into Peyia town . Could walk , no probs down hill but walking back all up hill . Would definitely recommend staying here .
The villa is spacious and really well kept and well kept. It's location is far away enough to get some peace and tranquility but also near enough by car to the Coral Bay restaurants and bars.
The pool is massive and easy to access and the villa has both a safe and alarm for your security whilst staying.
The host Andy could not do enough to ensure we had a great stay communicating promptly to any queries we had and also arranging our airport transfer.
I would recommend this villa to anyone considering a stay here.
We arrived in the 39 degree heatwave. Found the villa very easy. It was excellect and spacious with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one side. The outside area is very nice and well kept. Gardens are lovely. Very quiet location, ideal to relax and unwind. You need a car as very little around to walk too. The only issue we had was the fridge wasnt cold enough, we reported this, but we made do. Highly recommended
We booked this villa for a little 10days November get away, the location of the villa is great, easy to find.
The villa was clean, and space for all (3adults 1 child)
The pool was great, very cold with the time of year but we still went in. Sunbathing around the pool was great.
A few bits that let it down for us as a family, there was not many pans or pots in the kitchen, we like to cook some nights. No black bin bags were left to change the bins.
The front bedroom had very loud squeaky beds (trying to escape the room after putting little one to bed was very difficult, as they made so much noise). No beach towels were left out, but this was resolved on day 3, when the manager came and sorted that for us.
All in all a nice villa, nice pool and location, would recommend. Thank you for letting us stay at your villa.
Spend 6 weeks at this beautiful villa. Fantastic location & my granddaughters loved the swimming pool. The villa does need a little love & attention but my stay was fabulous & I have no hesitation in booking again.
If you are looking for a homely lovely villa look no further.
Gorgeous Villa and amenities. Do not hesitate to book.
Absolutely gorgeous Amazing villa. Thankyou for letting us stay. Amazing size modern light and airy. Clean and
several Comfy beds and large sofa. TV available too. Great facilities in every room. Powerful showers and new self catering options for all. Great location for getting around. Coral bay a favourite and easy to find despite a few issues with sat nat ! But thats Cyprus for you. Spacious and clean. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The Free Air conditioning internally a bonus !. Fully equipped for all self catering. Felt safe and secure at all times. Amazing local supermarket cheap too ! we booked a car which felt essential. As quite a walk into a Peyia. Quiet neighbours too with bins available. Great price and lovely owners who provided lots of good info upfront. Perfect. If I had any slight suggestions for improvement.. it would be . More clocks in the villa. Full length mirrors maybe and hooks in the bathrooms. Tiny niggles that would make such a difference. Dave the cat or should we say Davina ! Was endering and cute and it was a pleasure to feed her. Gardener great and pool guy was ok. Didn't always turn up when expected though. Some issues with the poolside shower and whose seemed a problem whose actual responsibility it was to maintain clean and sort ? And a couple of sunbed covers need replacing . but apart from that. was an amazing beautiful villa. I believe in truthfull feedback And we were overall thrilled and had an amazing break ! We wanted to book again for 2023 but sadly someone pipped us to it !! . So Andy & Donna thankyou so much. We'd love to stay again in the future as this was a Holiday to remember and was 3 years in the making. So was very special and just sorry we couldn't commit to next year. Book now you will love it !
Great location for Coral Bay. Pool area spacious and pool was warm for swimming each day. Villa plenty of room with large bedrooms. Great stay would return.
The property was great better than we expected as the price was very reasonable, quiet location yet only minutes from coral bay. Andy the owner was very helpful also, would come back again.
The villa was fantastic, just what we needed through these difficult time, the villa is close to everything you need like the beach, supermarket ( and they deliver your groceries) bars and restaurants and Andy is fantastic, he helps you every step of the way from booking, communication and transfers, if your are looking for the perfect destination then look no further, thank you Andy we will definitely be returning asap
The property was purchased in 2001 and has been passed down through the family. 2019 was the first year it was been available for rental and a great deal of work has been carried out to bring it to a fantastic holiday home since then.
The property is in a great location between Coral Bay and Peyia in a small cul-de-sac so it is ideally situated for quiet relaxing holidays but also for exploring the area such as Akamas Peninsular, Sea Caves, Lara Bay where turtles breed, the vibrant streets around Paphos Harbour and Latchi Harbour where you can hire self drive boats along the Akamas coastline. It is also ideal for golfers who want a base not too far away from golf courses and also the bars and restaurants that Coral Bay, Peyia Village and Paphos have to offer. The sandy beaches of Coral Bay are only a short drive away too for those who want to try the watersports.
We love this villa as it is has everything you could possible want and if it hasn't we will get it if we can! The pool is maintained all year round and the gardens around the pool are always in the sun. The living area is large and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a BBQ outside for alfresco dining. As the Villa is on one level it makes it easier to move around it. No stairs to climb to go to bed! There are also so many nice restaurants around in Coral Bay and Peyia. Whilst a car is necessary to get around, those wanting to enjoy the evenings and not drive taxis are plentiful and not expensive.
