With 170 sqm covered areas and a large 32 (8X 4) sqm swimming pool, large outdoor areas, terraces, gardens, plastic lawn and pool shower is ready to offer its tenants all of the comfort they need. The fence and the back of the swimming pool are enriched with wild stones and rocks from the mountain and the sea.
