Belle villa moderne de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec piscine privée chauffée et chauffage central

La villa a une position cul de sac sur un grand terrain paysager clos avec piscine chauffée en option de 10m. Vue sur la mer depuis le premier étage. Dix minutes à pied de la plage de Coral Bay et de la bande principale. La piscine privée a des marches romaines est entourée d'un patio et d'un jardin paysager et d'arbres fruitiers. Trois chambres, une en suite avec de grandes terrasses de salon extérieur, avec une vue fabuleuse, dressing au premier étage, deuxième et troisième chambre et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée, avec des plans de travail en granit et une barre de petit déjeuner. Beau salon avec canapés en cuir, cheminée TV, DVD, TV satellite et wifi. Le barbecue en brique se trouve dans le jardin à proximité de la salle à manger extérieure couverte. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement hors route avec une pergola couverte pour l'ombre. Nous avons un système d'alarme complet pour plus de tranquillité d'esprit.

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Everything was as described. We will be highly recommending and hope to come back again. The villa itself is 5* and you can not beat the location. Communication with Lisa before and during our stay was so good and the welcome pack and guide was just perfect.

Amazing villa for our honeymoon

Lisa and Felix were amazing hosts! Easy to get in touch with and were let us check out late The villa is located in a perfect location, close to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the villa was great, so clean and well equipped Pool was nice and warm without the need for heating Cant wait to stay at this villa again soon!

Fantastic villa, clean and bright excellent position close to many bars and restaurants with a very good supermarket a few minutes away, with everything you could need. The pool is fantastic nice welcome pack waiting, would highly recommend this villa have already booked for next year

Great pool area with ample outside space. Sunny all day and great umbrellas which were easy to move around. Inside space well equipped. Secure parking area off the quiet cul-de-sac. Easy walk to main strip although it is along a busy road for c200m so need to be a bit careful later at night.

Fantastic villa in great location

The villa was everything we wanted, within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. So spacious and clean. The pool was huge with great sunbathing space around it. We had lovely drinks at sunset on the balcony upstairs. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Just down the road was the biggest supermarket we've ever seen on holiday, which stocked everything. Would definitely recommend this villa.

A fantastic stay!

My family and I had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The villa was spotless on arrival and we had everything we needed for our stay. The whole place was really well kept inside and out and really comfortable. The pool is absolutely stunning and so huge! The outside space is lovely to relax and enjoy the Cyprus weather. Local shops and plenty of great restaurants are all super close by and the beach is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, the host was really helpful and provided us with lots of information as well as some great discounts to restaurants and even the Waterpark which was great! The area is really nice and easy to get around. Thank you for an incredible week, we would definitely love to return soon!

A beautiful Villa and setting. We all had a fantastic time! Very clean and pool was amazing. Owner popped in to top up pool which was nice to meet him. Only issue which I contacted owner about was the oven knobs were split and worn, which we had to work around. Owner took pictures so hopefully will be replaced for next visitors? Apart from that a wonderful experience and we’d definitely go back!

Wonderful stay at a superb villa

Perfect villa in a perfect location. Lovely and secluded position but in walking distance of many restaurants and tavernas. You do not need to walk along the main road to get to Coral Bay as you can walk behind the villa along the cul de sac. We did hire a car to venture further afield but it is definitely not required and the villa pool and outside area are so nice, you probably wont want to leave! The villa is amazing and I cant think of anything that wasn't there for us and the welcome food package was very well received when we arrived tired after our flight. The villa was incredibly clean and the information left by Lisa covered everything we needed. Would recommend hiring a car from U2 Car Rentals as suggested from Lisa and eating at 'Oniro by the sea' restaurant to eat at, not the cheapest but well worth a treat. Overall an amazing weeks break and would definitely book the villa again.

Perfect house for family of 4!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa! The villa was exactly as described and the amenities were terrific. The welcome book and welcome letter both contain all of the information you need. Felix was very responsive to texts and made some great recommendations, such as a visit to Lachti Harbor and renting a boat there. We arrived several hours later than expected due to British Airways connection snafu and Lisa and Felix were kind enough to leave some food basics for us in the villa so we had something available to eat as soon as we arrived. Our only hiccup was getting very lost finding the villa as we wound up arriving so late that it was dark when we were driving to the villa. It might have been much easier to find for the first time during daylight. The property itself is not recognized by GPS. If you can get to the Banana Leaf coffee shop in Coral Bay, you are pretty much there! Thanks, Lisa and Felix, for a wonderful stay at this villa! We always rent a villa for vacation and we all agreed that this was by far the best villa and best value of all the villas where we’ve stayed in Europe, South America and the US!

This is a fantastic villa and in such a good location. The villa is amazing inside and out.The highlight of course being the 10m x 5m pool. As a family we spent many happy hours relaxing round the pool and playing games in it. The depth of the pool is approximately 5', so whilst it is not suitable for diving it was perfect for playing water volley ball and other ball games.Inside the villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con in the bedrooms very effective and welcome.There is a very good and large supermarket within a 6 minute walk or a few minutes drive. The supermarket has a really good butcher and fish monger. The Coral Bay Strip is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The first 5 minutes is along the main road (we took a torch just make sure we could be seen at night). The "Strip" has a lots of bars and very good restaurants serving high quality food with lots of choice.We were very sad to leave at the end of the 2 weeks and will certainly be coming back!

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Still walking distance from the strip and local amenities. Brilliant outdoor space with very large pool. Everything inside was clean and worked well. Aircon and showers both very good. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Beautiful Villa

Nice quiet location 15 minute walk to the strip for restaurants and 20 mins to beach. Villa has everything you need and wonderful pool. Great communication from Lisa and Felix and tips for dining and car rental and the welcome package was a nice touch.

The villa was in a great location - coastal, supermarket less than 5 mins away by car, furniture very comfortable (not always the case in holiday properties ) with Uk tv as a bonus on rainy evenings. Also very private. Would love to stay again

Beautiful Villa. Great location but not a winter location

This is a beautiful villa. The layout is perfect, the upstairs double aspect main suite with sea view was gorgeous. Beds are comfortable and clean and everything you need for your holiday was there for you. We found that it was surface clean but could have done with a deep clean, as could the pool which was sticky round the edges but then it was end of season. The chairs on the balcony were in very poor condition. We paid extra for the villa to be heated (and for the pool) for our Christmas visit and it was warm enough but we struggled with hot water for washing dishes and for six adults to have showers.Location wise it’s just off the main road to Paphos so a little noisy first thing in the morning. It’s also a dark busy road to walk down on an evening so taking a torch was useful. There’s a large supermarket nearby which had everything we needed. We enjoyed our alternative Christmas but Coral Bay and Paphos were pretty quiet and we wouldn’t do it again.

Lovely villa, great pool

Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful.

Fabulous Break

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Krysali. We travelled as 4 adults and a toddler, the property was perfect for our group and our toddler barely left the pool. It was easy to walk into Coral Bay where there was a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had a slight issue with the aircon in one of the bedrooms but Lisa and Felix were quick to resolve this for us. Lisa was also extremely helpful in helping us arrange airport transfers and a hire car. Overall a fabulous stay and we were sad to leave!

Amazing 10/10

What an amazing villa! Everything was really clean, tidy and worked as it should, since some villas we have been to over the last couple of years have sometimes needed updating and are not always as shown in the photos, this was very refreshing to have a villa that was ‘what you see is what you get’ and more. The pool was great and the outdoor space gave all day sun but shade was always available under the outside dining area. The villa is within easy walking distance to the supermarket and the strip. A pleasant easy walk down to the beach and beach bar, taking about 15 mins. We highly recommend Portico Antico restaurant, the food is incredible and great portions, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, a must place to eat! We had no problems at all during our stay and Lisa was more than helpful booking our cabs to and from the airport. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The villa fulfils every requirement for the perfect holiday any time of year! Its spacious , modern, well built, it has large garden, fully enclosed, 10m pool with the option of pool heating (€40 pd) for those colder months. The villa has under floor heating so really can be let 12 months a year. The location is perfect within an easy walk to Coral Bay centre with bars and restaurants, no car needed unless you want to explore.
