Cette belle location de vacances avec piscine privée dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain pour accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. La propriété offre une reine dans la chambre principale, 2 reines dans la deuxième chambre, deux reines dans la troisième chambre et un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon.

Notre maison de location Sea Breeze a une cuisine complète, un salon spacieux et confortable ainsi qu'une salle à manger séparée. De plus, cette jolie maison de vacances dispose d'une chambre en Floride qui s'ouvre sur la magnifique cour arrière avec piscine privée.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing time at this location. The house was clean and had close access to the beach. The private pool and backyard definitely was a plus. Mona was efficient and helpful with booking and communication! We will definitely be back again to visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the Month of March. The property is as described. Mona the property manager is the best! She is responsive, friendly, and informative. Loved being around the corner from the beach and about a mile from beautiful Caladesi Island. Quiet beautiful residential neighborhood but don’t need your car as the trolley stop is just a few blocks away. Property was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Did report to Mona that the screen door to Lanai is in need of repair. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the location. Will definitely return!

It was fantastic. Just out of walking range to the restaurants. Very nice place and the private beach area was a huge bonus. Lots of good shells as well. We would definitely consider this place again.

Our Favorite Family Get-Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is by far our favorite spot to come for family vacation. So much that we came back to the same house 2 years in a row. Mona, the property manager and contact, is super helpful and makes it a breeze to work with. We love the location, as it is a quiet neighborhood, and just a couple hundred steps to the gorgeous beach! The beach is located North of the busy pier 60 area, but it's only a little over a mile to the stores and restaurants. An easy walk or drive! This location is great with the kids as the beach is quiet and not crowded at all. The pool at the house is perfect to cool off for a change in scenery, and the whole backyard is secluded. The foliage really gives you privacy. I highly recommend visiting!

My husband and I booked here for 2 weeks. The first week it was just us and our dog. The second week we had 2 grand children & parents come. We loved using the small pool and the fenced yard & beautiful trees around the pool was a nice vibe. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe walking our dog and gawking at the beautiful houses. What a plus to be so close to the beach. Just a hop and skip and there awaited the ocean & sunrise. Plenty of pool toys were left & so nice to have so many beach towels. We did include heat for pool & everything worked great. They asked we fill the pool up daily due to evaporation but that was ok. The pavers around pool could use some updating. My husband fixed a few open spots. Having two refrigerators and 2 areas to eat was great too.The house is a bit dated & the kitchen small but ok by us. I am sad as I was hoping to rebook for next year and it shows already booked for our vaca time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to 3 mattresses in the drive way on Sunday, 11/20. Pool was dirty. We reached out 3 times (Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday) asking someone to come clean the pool. No one ever came to clean it. So we were not able to use the pool during our 5 night stay. Most if the blinds in the property were broken, not able to open or close properly. No toaster, hair dryer was broken, no salt & pepper. Property management did bring a toaster and hair dryer late that night. Overall house was old and no one has been taking care of it. Very disappointed. We will not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house and perfect for our needs. The place is clean, does need some minor updating but overall was perfect. Water pressure was great, beds were very comfortable. Loved the private pool, it is small but worked for us perfectly! The outside area around the pool does have some bricks that are heaving some making for uneven terrain and I did stub my toe by tripping on them but not a big deal. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk around the corner!! We were able to check the tides on the guidance of Mona the property manager and walk almost all the way to Caladesi Island!! I loved it was a whole house and we could cook, there is also a charcoal grill to use! It is quiet and a little way from the action of the center of the beach, but we liked that and honestly there are many options to take a cab to get there and back that are very reasonable as parking on the beach is minimal and can be expensive! I will say the accuracy of the bed situation is off. There are 3 bedrooms- 1 with a king, the other 2 have 2 queens. no big deal for us and loved that each room has a bathroom just outside of the door or in the room! It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on premises as well! Guests leave their extra things and that is actually helpful! we left some charcoal and there was some already left behind as well as laundry soap and bleach! The property management company does encourage leaving your extras behind and will donate those full items which I personally love!! The temperature in the house was perfect and the water heated up quickly. I did feel the pool maintenance was lacking which I have not discussed with the company as of yet in the context of not coming on Tuesday as scheduled and they do not vacuum the pool and the sand pools at the bottom, however there is a skimmer there and my husband cleaned it just before the pool company showed up and told him he did a great job and thanked him. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Gem

We absolutely loved our stay here. Not only is the house cozy and welcoming, it is literally not even a 5 minute walk from the front door step to picking a spot at the beach. Our favorite thing about this was, the house being far enough from the hotels so you can have your own private spot on the beach but still close enough to downtown. Mona our house manager was amazing. She was very responsive and attentive to us and any questions or concerns we had. Definitely will be booking to stay here again in the near future! 10/10 from us!!
