Our East Shore Cottage No. 490 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

* This property did not suffer any damage from the hurricane and is ready for your stay!

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great stay and location

Had a great stay at Frenchy’s Cottages. The place was very comfortable and easy walk to almost everything…beach, morning coffee, restaurants, and shops. Was quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Great Place to Stay

The location was near the beach, but in a quieter neighborhood. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Property manager was quick with responses to questions and reached out to check on us after we checked in.

Frenchy’s Cottage

We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again

Just two blocks from the bustling Mandalay Ave Strip of restaurants, shops, and bars. A five minute walk to the beautiful sandy Cleawater beach, the famous Frenchy’s Rockaway grill and 10 minutes to the famous Pier 60.Fully equipped cottage with laundry and private back yard patio. Large kitchen area with island and dining area. Private driveway if you have rental car or guests.Clean and in great shape. Property management very helpful and professional.

Family Spring Break Trip

I can't say enough good things about the property and the property manager. The house was absolutely fantastic and was just as described. It is in the perfect location. From the day before the trip and all the way through, communication from the property manager was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Clearwater Beach.

The location was perfect- close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was large enough to accommodate my family of 6 comfortably and had a fenced in yard for my pup. The washer/dryer and available beach equipment was also a must have. Communication from BeachTime Rentals was fantastic, and they responded to all my questions quickly. Would definitely come back!

It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation at the beach! We appreciated having on-site laundry and took use of the beach chairs and towels available. The cottage is within close walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend Frenchy’s cottages.

Great Location

All in all this was a great place to stay - perfect location, updated furnishings, quiet neighborhood, and had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porches, the closeness to the beach and restaurants, and ease of check in and out. The only negatives I have about the place were that the air conditioners are old and very loud (we even had to turn one off as it was too loud when trying to sleep but then the heat was unbearable) and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If you don't mind the negatives, I would recommend staying here!

House was clean and it had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Location is perfect because you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s on a quiet street and there is plenty of parking in the driveway! The house had beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was very helpful. Communications from Julian was great and very responsive. Always responded right away to my questions. He even contacted me about a pair of shorts that was left behind. Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just as advertised. We arrived to a clean and well kept home with the amenities described. The location couldn't have been better with an easy walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. There was ample parking at the unit as well. Our favorite spot was the nicely landscaped and private back patio. The booking manager, Mona, was fantastic! Mona was friendly and proactive in her communication. Mona also provided information regarding the immediate area and restaurant recommendation. I will book this house again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Frenchy’s Cottages are in the perfect spot. We drove down from Atlanta and stayed 5 days. With the exception of 1 Walmart run, our minivan sat in the driveway the entire duration. Walkable to the beach and all the shops and eateries of Clearwater. Now, you will need condiments and laundry supplies as there are none. You will need nothing else, beach towels, chairs, etc. The grill had propane and all that stuff too. I’ll also warn you, the beds are firm. That’s about it.
