Maison de ville de luxe 3 chambres au bord de l'eau Clearwater Beach

Maison de ville de luxe au bord de l'eau avec ascenseur privé, cale de bateau et garage pour trois voitures. Décoré avec goût, plus de 2200 pieds carrés, trois chambres complètes chacune avec leur propre salle de bain. La suite principale a une grande baignoire d'angle à jets et un lit king size. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen. Comptoirs en granit, plafonds de volume partout. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et est ouverte sur le salon. Détendez-vous dans le patio au rez-de-chaussée ou sur le balcon du salon.

Il n'y a que six unités dans le bâtiment qui partagent la piscine et nous avons un bordereau de bateau privé que vous êtes invités à utiliser.

Nous acceptons les animaux, mais demandez à votre animal de peser moins de 15 à 20 livres à notre discrétion.

Cette propriété est située dans la brume de Clearwater Beach, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du Pier 60. Vous pouvez pêcher sur le quai, nager dans la piscine ou à quelques pas (environ un pâté de maisons et demi) de la plage. Près de restaurants, de nombreux divertissements, de la marina et ne manquez pas l'hiver le dauphin étoilé à Clearwater Marina.

We always have such a great time at this location, this year we rented two of the condos from this complex for a big friends/family vacation and had the best time. Great location, walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants.

Amazing family vacation.

The location of this place is awesome, it is close to the beach and all the restaurants. The house has a waterfront with a nice view making it a perfect fishing spot, the pool was very nice and clean. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees, an unforgettable vacation for the whole family.

Great location/beautiful space

This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of room. It was also great to be able to walk to a lot of place. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament over Thanksgiving at Sand Key Park. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!

The property is in a great location on the bay side of Clearwater Beach, within easy walking distance of the beach, miniature golf, and excellent restaurants. It is also within comfortable driving distance to the Phillies complex in Clearwater for spring training fans.

Exceptional stay

Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.

4 weeks at Cleawater Beach

Condo was very spacious although it was very modestly decorated. It was generally clean but some area needed some deep cleaning. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues we had during our stay. Issues included burnt out light bulbs and nonfunctioning oven exhaust fan and ceiling fan.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful spring break. The condo was large and fit a family of 5-6 easily. Very clean and well kept. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and took care of any issues we had immediately. The location has lots to do within walking distance: ice cream shops, restaurants, large surf and clothing store, beach. The beach was approximately a 10 min walk. There wasn't a grocery store within walking distance so make sure you buy groceries before settling in. Off the back deck we could see dolphins throughout the day. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Wonderful experience

Right from the start, communication with property manager, Dan, was prompt and effective. Check in process was easy. Dan was very accommodating with our needs. He was able to provide us with a pack n play for our infant. He also gave us early check in and late check out. There were plenty beach towels we could use. The back of the house has the view of the dock/ocean. We could see dolphins everyday in the afternoon around 4pm (we stayed here in may). Some of the swam right up close to the house! The walk to the beach was an easy walk around 10min. This place is well managed and a great unit with lots of space, great view, convenient location. This will be our first choice if we were to go back to clearwater again!

BEACH WALK is 1/3 of a Mile!

So it isn't a block and a half to the beach! It is 1/3 of a mile walk to the beach! We checked in on August 1st to a non-working dryer, broken patio door handle, and elevator not working correctly. Patio door was fixed same day! Very noisy handyman tried to fix dryer on August 3rd with alot of banging! We left condo! New dryer was delivered on August 4th noisly while my 2 sons were taking college finals. Dan didn't offer to come back later. We literally hung 2 loads of laundry on 2 patios to dry. When we asked for compensation for inconvenience-we were told 10% off next visit. So we said we will just call it a day and send us $100 gift card. Dan and Lori said they couldn't accomodate. Location is loud on front side of condo-2 bedrooms! Location is walkable to restaurants! We have stayed in VRBOs in Destin and Jacksonville Beach this summer! This was not the same experience.

Pros: The condo has SO much space; master bath is amazing; AC works well, a very quiet location if you don't want to stay at a resort; pool was very nice; lots of beach stuff left & non perishables from previous renters to use (we left chairs!); great communication from Lori; easy check in; can walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores; saw dolphins off the balcony; elevator was fun and unique, yay for the washer and dryer; opportunity to fish off the pier. Cons: tub in bathrooms 2 & 3 need new caulk so we all used the master, beds are just ok, sliding door didn't fully lock on 2nd floor balcony, circular broken glass in the window on the lower patio, old caution tape around the pier.

Easy access to beach, nice pool and great location!

The condo was exactly as described. It was right across the street from Shepherd’s, and easily walkable to the main beach area. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was the perfect location for our friend and family to stay with us for a much needed getaway! The property owners were extremely reponsive and helpful too on a few questions we had - like how to work the remotes for a tv. Overall, this was a wonderful location, especially for the price. Much cheaper than staying in a hotel for 4 adults and a child, and I would argue, way more convenient.One tip we would have - The property requires the fridge to be completely empty when you leave, so don’t over-buy on groceries! There’s an Island Market right across the street to get staples. We bought way too much food and drinks and had to throw so much away.

Spacious Condo in Great Location

Perfect spot to walk anywhere in Clearwater. Loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. The master suite is huge. The bay views are great. We saw dolphins every day.

Great way to visit Clearwater Beach

The property was great. All you needed for a stay. Pool looked great but wasn't good enough weather to use . Walking distance to pretty much the whole island. Beds were comfortable. Parking was good but definitely needed to get passengers out first due to columns. The dock was still in need of repair due to hurricane but not that much of a big deal. Had a great time
