17 ans de critiques 5 étoiles! Ce duplex est aussi proche que possible de la plage! Droit sur la plage! De la fenêtre du salon, vous pouvez regarder les dauphins nager. Il est joliment décoré et est une location populaire depuis 17 ans. CETTE LISTE EST POUR UN CÔTÉ DU DUPLEX SEULEMENT. CHAQUE CÔTÉ A DEUX CHAMBRES ET UN BAIN. Chaque chambre a un lit double et un lit simple. L'autre moitié de la propriété est portée sous VRBO ou Home Away 7364153 et vous pouvez voir que cette propriété a obtenu 5 étoiles étoiles depuis des années! Si vous souhaitez louer les deux côtés, veuillez vérifier la disponibilité sous le numéro 7364113. Great place to stay

Convenience to the beach is hard to beat. Unit is very comfortable with everything you need for a worry free stay. Second time and will book again in the future.

Amazing Location!

We had such an amazing time. The cottage is located in the perfect location - close to everything! Everything needed was provided and such a bonus to have a washer and dryer. We enjoyed being able to walk on the beach as well as renting a golf cart during our stay and using it to drive into town. We can’t wait to return!

Great week at this oceanfront location

Enjoyed this property. Ideal location, right on the beach and close to downtown. Cozy, loved the back deck for evening cocktails, relaxing and reading.

Another fantastic stay

This is our third visit to Amelia Island and this property. It is a highlight of the year. Everything you need and some of the most incredible views. Jane was fabulous and responsive. Love this place.

Beach Time!!

Very cozy and cute cottage right on the beach! We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. Only 5 minutes to downtown and plenty of great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach View

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we had a lot of rain all week but the location is close to shopping and great bars and restaurants. My other half enjoyed fishing and the location was perfect! Cute duplex with everything you could need for the week! Couldn’t get much closer to the beach and the pet gate was perfect to keep them on our patio!

Perfect stay

Wonderful time! Very comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom—towels and beach towels—nicely decorated. Wonderful back porch. Excellent washer and dryer. We were there for 2weeks and enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful beach bungalow

If looking for oceanfront, this is it. Perfect for two friends. Nice little deck with chairs that were simple to dry when wet; took advantage of sunrises! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect cottage

This sweet cottage could not be closer to the beach. It is perfect for us and our 3 children. Everything about it is easy and fun. We love this house and hope to return next year!

Beautiful location!

The unit was clean, well stocked, pet friendly, with an incredible view to boot! We spent 20 days in the unit while we searched for our permanent home in Fernandina Beach. Jane and her team were very welcoming and accommodating.

Perfect getaway

First of all, Jane and Rob, thank you for sharing this property with everyone. It is a TOTAL gem. We came across this last minute and I’m so glad we did. Such a short walk to the beach and if you are looking for a relaxing place to “rest”…this is it.

Beach Front Get Away

This particular location was located right on the beach and centrally located close to downtowns shops and restaurants. The most relaxing get away thanks to the waves breaking on the shores edge. Kithchen was stocked with everything one would ever need for either a short or a long stay. Highly recommend it!

Loved this beach house!!!

Stayed at the beach house during Labor Day week. Beach was quiet despite the holiday. Beach house was so cute and had amazing views! You can sit in the living room and watch the ocean! Located in a residential area that is quiet with little traffic. Owner responded quickly when we had questions. I will be definitely back next year !

Fernandino beach stay

Good location with great access to the beach. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. No lounge chairs. Plenty of streaming channels to watch, but could not get regular programming.

Amazing Vacation!!!

We had an incredible experience during our stay on Amelia Island. The place was absolutely as described and was perfect! The house itself was cozy and comfortable and provided all our needs for the week. The amazing views from the house and deck were beyond comparison. We could barely tear ourselves away from the place to go out to eat. My husband kept repeating "honey, this place is perfect". We can't wait to return to our new favorite place!

Fabulous View

We had a fantastic time enjoying the views from every window inside as well as sipping coffee and wine from the deck overlooking the beach! We loved riding our bikes through the beautiful neighborhoods, quaint downtown area and the tunnel at the fort. The accommodations offer everything needed for your stay. Well equipped kitchen allowed for easy cooking. Comfortable furniture and a great dining table made you feel at home. Highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Cottage! Ah-mazing location!

Look no further! One of the very best experiences … ever! The cottage location cannot be beat! It is clean, beds are cozy, backyard view is the BEACH… literally! Need I say anything else?! Welcome to our vacation home! We hope you will love it as much as we do! We have rented his duplex for years and fell in love with the lure of Amelia, The former owner had 17 years of 5-star reviews and with great improvements, 5-star reviews continue. Come be our guests and enjoy the view.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have stayed here for years - it was our home away from home! We loved the easy beachfront access. Best shark teeth and long flat clean beach. The 93 restaurants, farmers market, and the charming downtown are close by. Fort Clinch is less than a mile. This duplex cottage is clean, neat and all you need for a great stay!
