Passez des vacances fabuleuses dans ce condominium magnifiquement décoré et entièrement équipé sur l'île d'Amelia, Fernandina Beach, en Floride. Regarder les vagues de votre balcon ou de chercher des dents de requin sur 13 miles de plage vierge juste à l'extérieur de votre porte. Cette unité est située au troisième étage et a été récemment rénové. Il est entièrement équipé pour des vacances sans soucis, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. La propriété dispose d'une passerelle à la plage, piscine, barbecue extérieur, douche extérieure pour rincer le sable, et un parking attribué.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect condo for our adult post-Christmas getaway. You can’t get more beachfront, and the condo size and layout was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Perfect location

View was amazing and perfect location on the beach. The condo was clean and everything we needed was included. The washer and dryer and beach chairs were an added plus. My family enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

BEACHY BLISS

The condo was very comfortable and just the right size for 2 people. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The condo's beachy decore and amazing view of the ocean is intoxicating. The owner was very nice to lend us beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. There was construction going on during the week in the garage below, and pounding and the sound of a drill could be heard in the condo. Fortunately we spent most of our time out of the condo on the beach or exploring and weren't bothered much by the construction noise. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. It wound have been nice if shampoo, bodywash, and kleenex had been made available, but that is a minor point. All in all our stay was excellent. This was our second time at this place and we hope to return next year!) on in the garage

First time visiting Amelia Island

Great location for exploring the beauty of the beach and that part of the island. Convenient access for our bikes and access to walk the beach. The unit felt like a second home; easy to relax…very nice.

Exception owners!

This is a condo complex that I really love because of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the proximity of the ocean to the building, which means there's not a huge hike to get to the water. This unit is nicely decorated, but it is exceptional because of the wonderful owners. Their communication is the best I've ever had of any rental property and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Accommodations

The condo is clean, well appointed and has breath taking views. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to the downtown area. We would definitely return to this property!

This is my favorite condo on Amelia Island

I love this 3rd floor condo that is so close to the water. And ideally located for walking to Egan greenway, downtown Fernandina, or to the state park via the beach.

Favorite Amelia Island condo

The location of this condo right on the ocean can't be beat. The condo itself is clean and comfortable and has everything we need for a relaxing extra-long weekend. The building is quiet and people are friendly. My friend and I have stayed at a few condos on Amelia Island (in this building and others) and this one is more updated than some and less expensive than others -- all in all, a good balance. We will be back!

Just a great place to stay...

Condo is exactly as advertised. Well appointed with anything/everything you need. Nice quiet neighbors. Wonderful views of the ocean - watching the sunrise and listening to the waves at night is the best (both bedrooms are on the parking lot side, but you can still hear the ocean if you keep the door open). Would stay again - hoping to next year if dates work out! Thanks for a wonderful week in one of our favorite cities!

Maryann & Joe couldn’t have been more accommodating and their condo was by far the best we have stayed in. Very clean, everything included that you would need at the beach, ideal location…..I could go on & on. Joe & Maryann, thanks so much for everything! We hope to be back again!
