2 CHAMBRES 1 SALLES DE BAIN 6 Ce duplex est aussi proche que possible de la plage. Juste sur Fernandina. De la fenêtre du salon, regardez les dauphins nager! Il est joliment décoré et a été une location populaire. CETTE LISTE EST POUR UN CÔTÉ DU DUPLEX SEULEMENT. Les unités sont côte à côte. CHAQUE UNITÉ CÔTÉ A DEUX CHAMBRES ET UN BAIN. Chaque chambre a un lit double et un lit simple. L'autre moitié de la propriété est portée sous VRBO ou numéro à la maison 7364113 et vous pouvez voir que cette propriété a obtenu 5 étoiles étoiles pendant des années aussi! Si vous souhaitez louer les deux côtés s'il vous plaît vérifier les autres côtés pour un total de 4 chambres 2 salles de bains. Levers de soleil tous les jours et meilleur emplacement pour le surfcasting. Juste une promenade rapide sur la plage au nord jusqu'au SandBar - pour des hamburgers et des boissons fraîches! Si vous choisissez, nous vous invitons à apporter un aimant de votre ville ou de votre État pour le réfrigérateur. Je pense que ce sera amusant de voir d'où nous venons tous. Et à votre retour, vous pourrez voir la collection s'agrandir! Bonnes vacances!!

Minutes from beautiful downtown Amelia and local shopping. Restaurants nearby. The cottage was so clean and perfect. Amazing view. Right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, everything you want for a week stay. Literally steps away from the beach. Couple of places I would repeat stay on Fernandina beach, this is one.

Awesome location

This rental is clean, comfortable and well stocked! The location and views are awesome, our family had fun spotting dolphins from the deck and searching for shark teeth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First the owner Jane was really helpful made my stay here great This is a awesome place to stay with friends or family the house will sleep 6 with no problems it’s clean and super sweet I would recommend this to any one and I plan on coming back when it’s warmer

This cottage and its owners are everything anyone needs for a getaway at lovely Amelia Island! Jane is so responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this little gem!

Very nice view

Everything was good, except for the weather. It rained most of the time. But we enjoyed the location and the beaches. There a couple of items at the house that need attention, but overall pretty good.

Amazing!!

We loved our stay at this property in June and the location was literally perfect. Close to downtown and on a great strip of beach that was not busy at all. Our family rented both sides of the duplex and it worked out great!!

Awesome location! Like a private beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was excellent. Far enough away from public beach access, so we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Caught great fish off the shore. Great sandbar for wading and swimming. Cottage itself was clean and as described. Having onsite parking and direct beach access were what sold us!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the ocean view thru the big window and having the deck. We really appreciate that they let our furry babies stay with us so we don’t have to worry about leaving them behind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for the great time.

Great beach access!

Access to the beach cannnot be beat! We would definitely stay here again! Would be perfect with the addition of a dishwasher and the washing machine needs replacing (hard to close door with rust stains which can stain the clean clothing). A removable, handheld shower head would be a nice extra to help wash away sand in the shower. Overall, it is an unbeatable setup and would be absolute perfection with a couple of easy updates!

Great Fall Vacation

Jane, thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your cottage. Our visit was everything we could have hoped for on our first visit to Amelia Island. The weather was perfect for the beach, for sight-seeing, and for open-air dining at the wonderful local eateries. The cottage was just perfect for the two of us (and our little furbaby Zoe). Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and it seemed that we had everything that we needed for our stay. My husband likes to trailer his motorcycle to beach in the fall, so the large parking area was awesome. And even though we thoroughly enjoyed hunting for shark teeth (we found 8, by the way), I think my favorite part of the entire trip had to be the incredible sunrises that were right outside our window every morning. So peaceful and so beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Love love love from TN!

Love love love! We would love to make this cottage our home away from home! Jane is so easy to communicate with and it’s just what we needed for our family vacation! I’ve never been so close to the beach and I’ve been going my entire life. You are literally steps from the ocean and there’s not enough room in your photo roll for all the pictures from sunrise to sunset. The Living Room just has such a picturesque window that stays breathtaking. We know that island very well and had a lovely time doing several things however just on the beach we caught a starfish (returned it to the ocean), watched many turtles, gathered so many beautiful shells, and shark teeth. As we like to fish, we fished off the beach and caught several fish. Also not sure how she manages it, but we had the best neighbors the entire time which made it all the better. Hope to stay there again and make it our home away from home for a week a year . Thank you so much again! Ps - I believe the only thing they duplex did not have “in stock” were crab crackers for when we brought food home one night however other than that they have literally thought of everything and it was much appreciated.

The view

Indeed the view is wonderful and the porch welcoming. The unit shows some wear. The towels are thin and coarse. The beach chairs are rusted or broken and the shower curtain moldy. Kitchen faucet needs a tune up as it leaks. Check in was smooth and communication regarding that was prompt. However called regarding a lamp in the living space was not functional and got no response back. Disappointed in that. A lovely location but amenities are lacking. These seem like an easy fix so hope owners can address for others.

Heavenly

Two weeks away from colder February temperatures was a blessing. Played four rounds of golf, enjoyed meeting our duplex neighbors and appreciate fabulous local restaurants. Jane is a great communicator. We received our door code before arriving and were able to move right in after the long drive. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect beach cottage!

Perfect location!! This was by far the best beach getaway I have ever had even though we had to leave early for the hurricane. Can’t beat watching those sunrises from your porch. Not a crowded part of the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed all the bike trails nearby! Super clean and dog friendly! What more could anyone ask for? We are already planning our next stay : )

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

The view is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice deck to enjoy sunrises with access directly to the beach. A nice touch is the outside shower to remove sand prior to entering the unit. The property is an easy walk to several local restaurants. The unit is tastefully decorated and furnished. The only downside is the unit is a duplex and you can clearly hear your neighbors.

I chose this for the proximity to downtown the fort to restaurants to everything Amelia the location cannot be beat.

This property is unique because it’s ocean front you cannot beat it. The best place in the world to be for breakfast is sipping on coffee and watching the subrise right on the deck!
