Superbe appartement 1 chambre avec piscine et vue mer

Notre appartement d'une chambre immaculé est situé dans la zone de Carabeo, l'un des quartiers les plus prisés de Nerja. Pas plus de cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville, Balcon de Europa et moins d'une minute de la plage la plus proche (Playa Carabeillo), l'appartement offre aux visiteurs une base fabuleuse pour explorer ce charmant petit bijou espagnol.

Avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer balcon donnant sur la grande piscine et de beaux jardins vous pourriez vraiment pas souhaiter un meilleur lieu de vacances au soleil.

La propriété est adaptée pour deux personnes et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une grande fête. L'appartement se compose d'une chambre (lits jumeaux - peuvent être rapprochés si vous le souhaitez), salon avec cuisine ouverte, salle de bains avec douche et une fabuleuse terrasse vue sur la mer ouest (pour profiter du soleil l'après-midi!). Internet haute vitesse à fibre optique gratuit et wifi est également fourni dans tout l'appartement pour les clients avec la télévision par câble (plus de 100 chaînes, y compris toutes les principales chaînes anglaises).

Ideal apartment, ideal location

We know Nerja very well and this time just the two of us went for a short break, in addition to the usual family holiday where we would have a large villa. Perfect location, near to beaches and the lovely old town of Nerja. Clean and well appointed apartment, large shared pool in immaculately kept grounds. For us this was a real find and we plan to return next year.

A lovely apartment with a wonderful view

A very clean modern apartment in a lovely part of Nerja in the Carabeo area. It had everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was in a secure environment and within walking distance of restaurants shops and beaches. Our only disappointment was the noise of traffic sometimes heard late at night and early in the morning. Otherwise a recommended place to stay!

Location!

Wonderful location in terms of access to the city centre, beaches and restaurants There is a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Basic, clean apartment and good value for the money. Peter, our host, was very quick to answer our questions and concerns. The bedroom faces the street however and can be quite noisy which made for less than an ideal nights sleep. Other than than we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment

A very well equipped apartment which had everything you could need for a comfortable stay . The small complex had very nice grounds and a lovely pool and was peaceful . Communications and joining instructions were very good and the keys were collected from just over the road from very helpful agents . The apartment was spotless and had great wifi and Tv . No hesitation in returning or reccomending .

Great Location and View

The best thing about this apartment was the location. Right in the middle between Burriana beach and the "downtown" Nerja with all the restaurants. I decided not to get a car and was able to walk everywhere. Beach all day and restuarants at night. We even walked to the bus station and took the 1 euro bus to Frigiliana for a half day. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Steve is quick to answer all your questions. Great view, pool was nice but we only used it once as we opted for the beach instead.

Spectacular location, compact yet fully equipped unit. Quiet area. Communication with Peter was always prompt. We had the pleasure of meeting Kath and Peter. Lovely couple.

Location, location location .

We were steps away from the beach. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Short walk away was the Banco Europa and all the many shops. Apartment was comfortable with all the amenities you will need. Good security in the building. Hosts of property were very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back again

Todo correcto salvo que no conseguimos que funcionara el aire acondicionado y la televisión del dormitorio. Al entregar las llaves lo comenté y me dijeron que debía haber avisado para ver qué ocurría y en su caso enviar a un técnico. Asumo el mea culpa por no haberme quejado, la verdad que salvo en algunos momentos no hizo calor. Mi valoración muy positiva

Fabulous apartment

This is a fabulous little apartment in a great location . The walk to the main beach or the centre of town is 5/10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. The pool was unfortunately closed so I can’t comment on that aspect, but it looked clean and well kept . There is an adequate supermarket 2 mins away and a lovely bakery . I wouldn’t hesitate in returning or indeed recommending anyone else to this apartment . Thank you

En funktionell och smakfullt inredd lägenhet med alla faciliteter. Snygg och funktionell möblering. En fantastisk balkong med skuggande palmer och havsutsikt. Lägenheten motsvarade alla våra förväntningar och mer därtill. Dessutom är det svårt att tänka sig ett bättre läge i Nerja. Det i särklass bästa boendet, som vi haft i Spanien. Ett stort tack till Peter och Kath. P.S. Då vi inte haft någon kontakt med fastighetsförvaltaren är det omöjligt att betygsätta denna punkt. **** är därför en ren gissning // Claes och Gunnel Kellgren

Great apartment close to everything

Great apartment for two people. If we come to Nerja again we will definitely consider renting this apartment again. We would certainly also recommend this to others who are going to Nerja. Close to town. Close to beach which can be a bit overcrowded at times. There is a shared private parking lot attached to the apartment complex which we used (it is very difficult to get a public parking lot). Air conditioning stops after 15 minutes without movement in the room. At night In the bedroom, we had to get up periodically (when it got too hot) and dance in front of the sensor to activate air conditioning. After contacting the owner we found a temporary solution ..

Fantastic Central Location

The apartment is very central and therefore you can access either Nerja town centre or the many beaches very easily without the need of a car. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area with the sea in the distance and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Lovely apartment in brilliant location

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Totally spoilt for choice with beaches and restaurants. Only downside was that, being in the centre of things, noisy motorcycles woke us up on numerous occasions, as I'm sure they did with countless other residents in the area. Traffic calming would be an obvious help in this regard. Otherwise - a brilliant holiday home.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We spent a week at this lovely apartment in late August this year. The best thing about this apartment is the location, within a short walk of the beaches and the town centre of Nerja. The apartment is not huge but really comfortable for a couple such as us, well equipped and with a nice balcony with a sunny aspect

Stunning.... book and enjoy...

After arriving by plane then train and then bus, we picked up our keys from Colin and were shown to our apartment for the week. It was just as pictures portray and better!! Wat a lovely light modern clean space. Gorgeous view and fantastic location for beaches and the quaint old town of Nerja A massive thumbs up for comfortable soft pillows. Such a must for me to sleep well. Plenty of storage and all the little things that help on a self catering holiday. Shower was a little weak for washing my long hair but was copable for a week and we appreciate that you can’t always hav power showers. We really enjoyed our holiday and would like to thank Peter and Kath for sharing their beautiful place in the sun I would not hesitate in recommending Ver de Mar to anyone 😬

Hi - we're Peter and Kath and we live in Hertfordshire in the UK - our place in Nerja is our little bolt hole in the sun!

We've been coming to Nerja for many years as Peter's parents have a place here too and from the very first visit we fell in love with the place. It really is an unspoilt Spanish gem on the Costa Del Sol.

We've been coming to Nerja since the 1980s and our love of the place just grows and grows. It really is the Jewel on the Costa del Sol and we love sharing our little piece of heaven with others too.
