Appartement attrayant et moderne d'une chambre avec grand balcon situé à flanc de colline avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne et la mer. La plage est accessible en bas des escaliers par une belle promenade à travers les jardins en cascade. L'appartement a accès à une piscine commune et un bar / restaurant à seulement 200 mètres et est à distance de marche des bars, restaurants et boutiques de la plage de Burriana et de la vieille ville de Nerja. Hébergement: Une chambre avec lit double et canapé-lit dans le salon. Grande terrasse avec table, chaises et transat. Soleil du début de la matinée à la fin de l'après-midi. Très bien situé, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la montagne. Grande terrasse bien équipée. Appartement bien agencé. Salon et salle de bain donnant sur la terrasse. Un petit regret le canapé n'est pas très confortable et les tapis dans le salon et la chambre ne sont pas pratiques pour l'entretien. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions il a réagi de suite aux petits problèmes rencontrés. Il a remplacé de suite la cafetière en panne et les chaises cassées.

Belle terrasse

Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pied dans un cadre agréable... Les 222 marches pour aller de la plage au logement permettent de découvrir de belles fleurs, de bonnes odeurs d'orangers et des tortues.

Fijn appartement met groot balkon en super mooi uitzicht! Voor het strand moet je de 234 treden naar beneden en boven wel voor lief nemen. Maar zeker de moeite waard!

Absolut tolle Lage, der Blick vom Balkon ist unvergesslich! Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, zudem mit zwei Klimaanlagen perfekt ausgestattet. Auch die Strandausrüstung war sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Jan war perfekt – schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig.Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der Wäscheständer ist leider stark verrostet und sollte ausgetauscht werden. In der Küche haben wir einen universellen Kochtopf, passende Pfannendeckel und ein paar zusätzliche Weingläser vermisst. Außerdem war die Waschmaschine nicht ganz sauber.Insgesamt aber ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben!

The instructions for check in are clear and detailed so it was easy to find. Facilities in the flat are basic but it has what you need. Nice balcony with great views, gets the sun in the morning.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and the view from the terrace was spectacular. The TV had lots of options for British visitors though we didn’t use it.The pool area in the apartment complex is lovely, with a nice restaurant and bar. Sun loungers can be rented for 4 per day.It’s very close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk into the town centre, though it is hilly and there are a lot of steps. The only fault we could find was the batteries in the air conditioning remote control were dead but we bought fresh ones.We’d definitely book to stay here again.

Toller Aufenthalt

Eine superschöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Es ist so gemütlich und die Terrasse ist fantastisch, der Ausblick immer ein Genuss.Nur das Bett (1,60 breit) und eine Zudecke war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst top!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment nestled in a complex of white washed houses. Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted by a heavy storm with tremendous downpour, which resulted in a power cut in our apartment. However, Jan, the landlord handled everything with great care and attention. They quickly communicated with us and sent help to supply us with lamps during the power outage. Overall, the communication was quick and easy, making the situation much more manageable. I highly recommend this apartment for its charming ambiance and attentive landlord.

Really nice apartment

This is as advertised a really nice apartment, ideal for a couples getaway. Let me start with two very minor points that in no way detracted from our stay but are just honest opinions. 1) only marked cleanliness as 4 out of 5 as some parts just needed a little more attention to detail, overall very clean and tidy. 2) woken every morning but workers replacing broken tiles around the complex, using pneumatic drills at 8.30am is not ideal but the work has to be done. The good points (too many to mention so just some main ones) Location was easy to find and parking was available outside, check in was easy and yes, those views are stunning. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and nicely laid out. Although the walk to the beach is via 200+ steps the walk through the garden area is stunning and you hardly notice the steps. You can walk to the local supermarket (Mercadona) is only about 12 minutes, Balcon de Europa about 20minutes via the beach. We will be returning to stay in this apartment again as its great value for money, great location and a perfect little escape.

Amazing 1st stay in nerja

This was our first time to nerja and we wasnt disappointed. Apartment has amazing views over Burriana beach, we spent alot of time on the well equipped terrace. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is provided. Choice of restaurants are plentiful both in Burriana and Nerja. I managed to do an on line shop from Mercadona which was delivered on time to the apartment with everything i ordered. You do need to be quite fit to tackle the amount of stairs to and from the apartment to the beach.we have already booked for next year.

So tranquil!! Extremely relaxing!! Peaceful!! Beautiful walk down through extremely well kept gardens to the beach!! Amazing views from the terrace!! I had two days when I didn’t leave the apartment I just sat and read and looked at the incredible views!! Have booked for next year !!

Nerja holiday apartment

The apartment was as described and was clean. Wonderful views from the balcony. Complex pool area was great for the family with good food options available. Quite a lot of steps to the apartment but there are walkways to even it out plus a lift to take out the last section. On the plus side it is located next to the top road so does give the option of taking the odd taxi and it is also located on the same level as the pool complex. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. We would stay there again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We have just spent 2 weeks at this apartment. It was perfect, easy check in process and only a short walk down the steps to Burriana beach. Steps back are tough but worth it for the amazing view. We had no issues with the apartment at all, it had everything we needed. We also made use of the pool area which is lovely. We will absolutely be staying again. We got engaged on the terrace because it is that lovely and the view is that amazing. Highly recommend!

Great property for a couple with wonderful views.The amount of stairs up and down to beach would be difficult for someone with walking difficulties but my partner and I were ok with it.I would have no hesitation in booking property on return visit.

Dream Stay

Amazing property and even better view. Our host Jan was very good in getting back to us if we had questions. It’s no joke about the stairs to the beach but we got used to it quickly. Property is very well kept and it was extremely relaxing. We will book again :)
