Loved the location in River Run for a long ski weekend. Easy access to equipment rental, RR gondola, and appreciated the covered parking and ski locker.
Great location at Keystone mountain. Very close proximity to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, the gondola. The property is clean, cozy, and as advertised.
Great place to stay!! Quiet, peaceful and spotless!! Close to everything which was fantastic! We enjoyed really our visit and canât wait to be back! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!!
Was a nice stay but the property hot tubs were not always hot and enjoyable which was unfortunate and there is a restaurant or some event center right outside the window/balcony of the room and there was an after party there that went on till about midnight or later so that was loud and unfortunate. The place was nice tho and really comfy.
Great location at the base of Keystone. Condo is away from elevators and quiet. Clean, well appointed. Humidifier is great bonus! Kitchen is extremely well stocked and having some variety of spices and stuff is appreciated.
Definitely recommended
Even though it was pretty close to the end of the season, we were blessed with great snow. The condo is on the second floor tucked away from the elevator and the hut tub noise. We really enjoyed the views from the living room. Aleksandar and Melissa were great hosts and the unit had everything we needed.
Had a great weekend in this clean and cozy condo in River Run Village. Great location - walk to River Run Gondola, Ski School, River Run restaurants and shops. Easy check in. Nice lobby with TV, pool table, and lots of seating. Indoor ski lockers. Hot tubs and grills right outside. Will definitely be back! Only complaint is not having control of the thermostat - condo gets a little toasty.
Overall, the rental was great. We were in town for a wedding and everything was on the property. We enjoyed our stay- location is easily accessible to everything on the property. Pictures of listing are slightly misleading of view from the balcony. Only other issue is that there is no air conditioning in any of the units. Windows open helps, but still pretty warm in the summer.
Water leaking under kitchen sink 1st day, then no water to dishwasher day 2, then more water issues with kitchen faucet day 3. Very worn/run down carpet, lumpy mattress, and very well used kitchen-ware means high rental without much attention to details. Not as clean as other places and needs improvement on cleaning I donât want other peoples hair in bathroom and dining room floor. Location was great.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location to the slopes is within walking distance to the lift. So easy! As my teenage daughter commented, it is the cleanest VRBO that she has ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!
Side Note - Please have the property manager check the keys to the locker. There were two provided and only one worked. If you put them side by side, you can tell they are not the same key.
We really liked the proximity to the gondolas and being in the village. The beds weren't very comfortable, so our son and I slept on the couch. The garbage disposal backed up, but my handy hubby fixed it. We are considering staying here or trying a different condo next to this one to see if a few things are better at a different one next year. Also, we ended up leaving a day early due to weather, but we figured we couldn't get a refund, so we didn't even bother to check. Overall, it's a nice place, and we appreciated the friendly service, when I had to call about the garbage disposal, we would recommend this place.
The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed is comfortable and the location is very nice being so close to the gondola and restaurants. One thing we were not aware of before we got there was that the unit does not have A/C. That would have been fine since it gets into the 40s at night in the summer, but the noise from the maintenance shed right outside was very loud. Since we had to keep our window open to cool the condo, we could hear trucks at all hours of the night making deliveries, even at 3 AM. Other than that, everything else about the unit was great and we really enjoyed the Keystone area.
A few comments were left after my booking regarding the maintenance shed right outside of the room - I really wasnât concerned because we are early risers anyway. HOWEVER, the access road is very busy with deliveries too so donât plan on napping through the day either. Also truck noise was prevalent 2 days much earlier than 6am-330am one day and 4 am another. Canât say I enjoy sleeping with earplugs so I didnât get much sleep. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking as well as peanut butter, coffee, etc.
we love Keystone and the convenience of staying in the village but we wonât book this room again.
Check in was sort of a cluster because the name was wrong and the lady at the desk very unprofessional and super rude about it. Then on day 2 of our stay the power went out in keystone which is no oneâs fault except we needed to leave and no one would come manually open the underground garage so we were stuck for over an hour. Missed our reservations and no one came to our rescue after calling twice! Then I went to do laundry and wasted over $2 in trying to get the laundry soap to Dispense and called the company again and they said theyâd let the hoa know but didnât say anything about compensating us or get us detergent. Thanks to some other tenant for helping us! Just overall not happy about the management company running for the owners. As someone coming to keystone for the first time Iâm not sure weâll be back.
