Really nice property. Easy location for all our needs. The checkin was friendly and efficient and communication was excellent. Loved having the assortment of fans which we used! Parking was perfect. We’d recommend and come again.

Convenient Location for A keystone Festival

Wonderful Stay

Reviewer Comments: Newer updates are nice but issues with windows needing repair, pictures not on walls where they were before and mattress that really needs to updated. True Airbnb/VRBO properties (meaning managed by the owner) are typically in better shape than when run by a management company.

The only negative regarding the stay was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, especially after a long day skiing.

Only thing that could be better was the bed. Matress was very firm (I prefer a softer), so it would sleep great for those that prefer that. Will definitely consider this unit again next year.

The rental was dirty! The floors, bathroom, kitchen cabinets. Coffee pot lid was broken, bathroom sink faucet is loose. Couch had food on it had to wipe down everything!

Keystone Black Bear 2 night stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except for the bed which was too soft or something. We both couldn't get used to the mattress and we had cable trouble the first night. The cable must have been knocked out in a storm but came back after restarting everything. The location was perfect in the Keystone lodge area. We loved the stay and would stay there again!

Room was next to extremely loud beeping elevator though, therefore would not rent unit again. Management company was outstanding throughout and would highly recommended renting with them. Keystone was a great place to visit!

clean and convenient condo

The condo was very convenient to the gondola base at Keystone. We stayed in summer and there weren’t many people around which was nice. It got more busy with a festival for the weekend. Food was a short walk away. Note - it was warm with no A/C, but there were fans available to help cool things off. We would stay here again. The management team was also very easy to work with.

Ski days at Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Black Bear #8054. The lodge is very convenient and an easy couple minute walk to the gondola, and in the Village. Ski storage and benches are near the ground floor exit to the lift. Underground parking is great. The condo is well laid out. Be aware that the mattress is firm and the LR would benefit from better reading lighting. We have rented at Keystone through SCMR several times and are happy with their setup and service.

VRBO Stay

Arriving at the property I was not sent the check in instructions so unfortunately it took a long time/ roughly 2 hours to finally check in. Once we arrived in the room we were dissatisfied to find out the property did not feel safe. Throughout the evening their were many different scenarios in which we did not feel safe and ended up leaving in the middle of the night due to this issue. The staff was nice but unfortunately overall the stay was a 1 star.

Great condo/location, a few issues

We loved the location of the condo in Keystone Village. There were 4 minor issues.1) There were 3 different remotes in the living room and we still couldn't get any of them to simply turn the tv on2) The shower curtain liner smells3) The rug in the bathroom is too thick and you can't open the door all the way4) Couldn't get the air conditioning to come on and one the windows in the bedroom doesn't work so we could get more fresh air

The office refused to move us to another room when we noticed the office of the bed being very uncomfortable and unsuitable after recent back surgery and the TV in the main room did not work -an air mattress was offered

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay and apologize for any inconveniences caused by the mattress.
