Situé à quelques pas de haut Tourmaline spot de surf de San Diego. Si une belle vue et un appartement privé est ce que vous cherchez, ça y est! Un appartement de plage parfaite qui est situé entre La Jolla et Mission Beach. Un appartement récemment rénové et joliment décorées qui se trouve près de tout une communauté de plage a à offrir. Wonderful stay!

This view was unbeatable, and much more quiet than staying on the boardwalk area. Communication was great, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

A little bit of paradise

This was our third time staying at the property. The ocean view from the deck is unbeatable. The condo is well-equipped, very comfortable, and extremely convenient. The management is extremely easy to work with and get a hold of. We loved our stay and would do it again.

In plain sight yet a hidden gem! ❤️

My two sisters and a friend stayed at this beautiful VRO! Our first day all of us decided to come here again. We were so excited with the serenity, ocean view and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! Mary and Gina went above and beyond with answering all my questions including providing a list of eateries! The VRO has everything you need even binoculars 😊 which was a pleasant surprise! When you can go on vacation and not have to worry about anything, but packing your clothes is true relaxation! This was my very first time staying at a VRO and I must say they set the bar really high! 😂 I definitely will be back here next year!

Dream spot

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. This house was steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our private patio and looking at that ocean view every day. You can hear the ocean in every single room. The house was clean and had great space for our family of four. Mary showed us around and made us feel at home. She was kind and had wonderful hospitality. We really liked that there was a washer and dryer as well as beach accessories. Traveling is hard enough and this house had the amenities we needed. We loved this place and everything is had to offer!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days and had such a perfect, relaxing beach vacation. Everything about our stay was perfect, especially the wonderful, thoughtful hospitality. Our trip was so great that I cried when we left. I cannot wait to come back again!

Great second floor view

The condo had the wonderful view, and it was very cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were quite nice. We have some additional feedback that we feel is important for future renters: We wish that we had known that there was the staircase which made it very difficult for us. We found it hard to take our luggage up and down; going out to see San Diego every day was not easy as much as we enjoyed the city. Perhaps the stairway could be mentioned along with the picture of the ocean and the seating of the loft. The over all deferred maintenance, like the rusted screens with holes in them, were some of the problems. The door to the outside loft needs a screen door. We had a number of flies enter the condo. One of the showers, furthest away from the front door, had done not been cleaned well. There was hair in the drain. In the other bathroom, the wall with the towels had marks were the racks were moved—this area needed a touch up of paint.

Excellent roof top!

It was a friends trip and we spent most of our time walking in the beach, sitting on the rooftop watching the ocean, beach, kite surfers and surfers! Excellent location!!

Pleasant, Relaxing Stay

The property was very clean and the hospitality was great! The manager even provided our favorite coffee. The property was very comfortable and met our need of three bedrooms in a beachfront location. It also was close to almost all of the other locations we visited. The only downside was that the furnishings were worn. The picture of the deck and furnishings in the listing did not match what was really there. Although comfortable, they were very worn. The master bedroom dresser had unusable drawers and some of the metal on furnishings was rusty from the salty air. The building itself needed some repairs s well. We understand that it is hard to maintain beachfront properties due to the salty air. We would still recommend it, and our adult son said that he might try to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic location and views

We enjoyed our second stay at this property and once again spent most of our time on the deck taking in the views, people watching and sunsets. The location is perfect for dining and shopping access. The check in process was smooth and communication with Mary very quick and responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

Best view in San Diego

Great place and location. Maybe the best view I ever had at a rental. The view is more than 180 degrees of beauty. Location is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Pacific Beach. Bikes and beach chairs and coolers provided makes getting around and going to the beach convenient.

Annual SD getaway!

This was our third year at this rental and have already booked 2025! We cannot beat the location and the direct oceanfront proximity. Sunsets from the deck are an every night thing!

Absolutely gorgeous view with a short walk to beach!

My husband and I have been bringing our 2 kids to Pacific/Mission Beach for the last 4 years and we typically stay a few blocks from the beach. We splurged this year to stay closer to the beach and boy, was it worth it. The views alone were absolutely incredible. Having the entire balcony to ourselves, was wonderful. 3 separate rooms w/ beds allowed for everyone to get a good night sleep. We were only .5 mile from restaurants and shops that were conveniently located. The parking spot in the driveway was an added bonus and made loading/unloading super easy. Access to beach chairs, sand toys and bikes was really nice and allowed us to not have to worry about packing all of that. It was a great property and we hope to stay again in the future!

Excellent Location and Views

We are a family of 5 adults and this home worked perfectly for us. You can’t beat the location right across the street from the beach. The elevated deck overlooking Pacific Beach is the star of this home. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the surfers and sunsets. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. Very thoughtful that all the amenities you could need for the beach are provided: towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Mary is an excellent host. Met us at check-in and gave us excellent recommendations for dinners. We will definitely be back here.

Best Pacific Beach Location!!!!

Our family of five stayed 5 (with a two year old grandaughter) stayed 5 nights in this condo. We had a fabulous time. The location is perfect for quick or long trips to the beach. The condo is situated in a quaint neiborhood away from the crowds. The condo comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach! (chairs, umbrella, toys, towels etc) Mary,the property manager, attends to all your needs. She communicates with you and is always available if you have any questions. This is our third time staying in this condo and believe me we will be back next year!

We couldn't have asked for a better location!

Our stay was wonderful couldn't ask for a better location. The Apt. was comfortable, clean with all the comforts of home. You cannot beat the views off the deck and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent from Gina & Mary. Mary gave us a warm welcome on arrival and tour. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Great deck overlooking the beach. Centrally located.

The deck overlooking the beach was fabulous; we spent our time at the VRBO on the deck. The view of the ocean, beach, and surfers kept us entertained. The location was perfect, allowing us to hit the major tourist destinations in town, yet get out of the crowds when done. Also close to La Jolla and other beaches north. The Pacific Beach neighborhood is quiet and laid back. Great restaurants in the area and coffee roasters. Mary was spot on with all her tips and suggestions. We have never been some warmly welcomed upon arrival AND prior to arrival. We have never experienced this level of communication, it was outstanding. Gina called checking in from time of booking until we left, then Mary met us at VRBO, gave us tour on how everything works, answered all our questions plus some, and gave suggestions on our trip ideas, spot on for restaurants. We would just look at her list and pick one, always good. Kitchen well appointed, we did go to Gelshon's (Mary rec) which is very nice grocery store, picked up goodies and cooked a few meals at VRBO. No complaints. A great repeatable experience. If its available, book it.

Amazing Ocean Views

We stayed five nights in early May and had beautiful weather. The unit is oceanfront so we spent almost all our time out on the spacious deck watching surfers, kite surfers, the ocean, and beautiful sunsets. It’s a quick walk to Gelson’s for groceries. And there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to walk to as well. We love North Pacifuc Beach because it’s a little quieter. A big plus is off street designated parking because there are surfers sunrise to sunset, so you never have to worry about hunting for a space. If you’re looking for spectacular sunsets, this is your place!

Spring Break Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and spacious property. The location is right on the beach. The patio is amazing with comfortable furniture and a spectacular view of the ocean. Mary was very helpful and easy to work with. She was very responsive. Great vacation property!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay very much and pretty much spent all our time on the patio overlooking the ocean. It is a quiet neighborhood and was a very enjoyable stay. We loved watched the surfers from our patio every day - all day long. The decor is a little outdated but it is still very comfortable and the outside patio is the star of the show!!!!
