The condo is very nice and the parking garage is definitely a plus. It is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and the walk to the beach is right out the lobby doors. The window screens need to be replaced but other than that it was a very nice stay. We would definitely book again for the price..

The property was exactly what was described and everything that was said to be there was there. The property is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, food and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Clean place, amazing location, very comfy bed, very easy instructions and responsive host. Good view of the beach and crystal pier from the side of the apartment when you sit on the couch. Would stay again!

Great Location and Cozy Spot

My family and I stayed for almost a week at this condo and had a great time. The location is amazing- walk right out onto Pacific beach and there are great restaurants and shops around. There are 2 bedrooms which was great and even the option for a pull out in the living room.

Great Location

Central LOCATION TO EVERYTHING: Beaches, Little Italy, Coronado, Legoland, etc. A little noisy late at night but overall a very peaceful building.

Beautiful condo, excellent host

This condo is beautifully appointed, has a great view of the beach and pier, and in the perfect location. The host was easy to communicate with and kind even when we ran into an issue due to our misunderstanding of one of the condo policies. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

Terrific family vacation spot--great, responsive owner/manager!

We had a fantastic stay here with our whole family (and this is our second time in this apartment/condo!). The only drawbacks really concerned the responsiveness of the Home Owner's Association of the whole property itself. The laundry machines went out while we were there and the water heater (which had needed to be replaced a long time ago, according to permanent residents) was replaced. Our manager did a great job of making things move and contact the HOA but it sounds like it should have happened a while ago. Pretty sad that it took renter complaints to make that happen. Plus, there was a leak in the apartment above us which caused some water leakage through our ceiling, but it was dealt with and resolved quite quickly thanks to our fantastic host. Plus, the neighborhood has gotten much quieter than it was the first time we stayed here, which was a welcome bonus. And Jenny (the host) made some really positive updates to the place (a drying rack to hang wet things on, a curtain for the main window, etc.). We just love this place and this host!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The amenities were a huge plus, especially having parking and laundry included, which made our stay incredibly convenient.The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Pacific Beach, with restaurants, shops, the beach, and everything else just a short walk away. It’s such a great central location while still providing a comfortable place to come back and unwind.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Location, loved the stay!

I would give this like 4.9 out of 5. Short list of room for improvement - was short on a couple things like toilet paper, few items need some attention / quick fix - loose cabinet, nothing major. Pros: Host is accessible, location is awesome to beach and entertainment, beds were good, there was some good items for the kid for sleeping and playing,... Did not want to leave and would and could glady return down the road!
