Plus d'espace, plus de plaisir! Ce spacieux condo de plain-pied d'une chambre de près de 1000 pieds carrés. Cette charmante chambre a un lit king et un lit pliant de taille standard qui peut accueillir 4, un écran plat T. 42 de V. dans la chambre. La salle de bain a une vanité avec des armoires personnalisées avec baignoire et douche carrelées. Laveuse / sécheuse superposées fournies! La cuisine a des armoires personnalisées spacieuses avec comptoirs en granit et dosseret en carreaux de marbre. Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable et comprennent également une cafetière, un grille-pain et un mixeur. Le condo est équipé de toutes les nécessités en ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisson, verrerie, vaisselle et couverts. Une commodité supplémentaire est un coin bureau! Le salon est meublé d'un canapé en cuir sectionnel et d'un écran plat 55 pouces T. V. Une vue imprenable sur la piscine et le golfe du Mexique peut être appréciée depuis le grand balcon, avec de nombreux sièges, qui a accès à la fois de la chambre et du salon

Perfect spot!

Our family enjoys visiting South Padre when coming to south Texas but have usually stayed in hotels. This year we decided to try Vrbo. We’re pleased with our stay, location & property hosts. It was a beautiful property, perfect for our stay. I appreciated the hosts communication with us especially when we needed to adjust our stay.

The hosts were very responsive and left very little questions with our check in. Easy access to most in the area. All new appliances & seemed to be one of the nicer units on the island compared to what we heard from some other friends staying for the same event. Would book again.

Nice well kept apartment, quite spacious for a 1 bedroom. Walking distance to the beach and good location on the strip. Quite the enjoyable stay.

Clean, Bright and Airy

We arrived with all instructions in our email. The host was excellent in his communication by email, app and even personal text. We felt welcomed and the condo was very clean. It was quiet, the space felt large and airy and allows in a lot of natural light. The bed is comfortable, which is also a huge plus! Location is great too.

Great Vacation

The place was very clean and quiet, kitchen very well stocked and comfortable bed/furniture. I do wish there had been a better view of the gulf and that the patio had more privacy. One end of the patio is glass and connected to a public space with high traffic. The parking was challenging (obviously not the owner's fault). The bedroom wall is all glass so it is very bright and no room darkening shades. We purchased sleep masks after night one and that fixed the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

This was a great place to stay for our weekend beach trip! Check in was easy and seamless and the condo was just as the pictures show. Very, very clean and a perfect location and easy access to the beach. Communication was amazing too. We will be adding this place to our list of places to stay at South Padre!

What an amazing time we had in South Padre Island. THANK YOU both Jamie and Olga for sharing your BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING condo with us. Our stay was truly AMAZING and the attentiveness that you both gave us from the check in to the send off was second to none. The condo was stocked with everything and more and it really made us feel like we were at home. The tapestry of the cool and relaxing atmosphere made ending our nights just as pleasurable as the Island itself. I can't say enough about the support you gave with places to eat and things to see. THANK YOU is too small but it truly carries a heartfelt vibe. I promise you when we return, we will look for you again.

Getaway

We had never been to South Padre, I was a bit Leary about being so far away from home not knowing the area. Once we arrived we felt at lease and the place was beautiful and very clean. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals except a cheese grater but we managed lol. The bed was very comfortable and big. Bathroom was very clean. We had a great view from our balcony of the pool area. The heated pool was fantastic, and the beach was walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy plus we were close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Relaxing in paradise

Beautiful condominium with easy access on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable, excellent TV, channel package, perfect kitchen, well equipped for cooking or warming up leftovers. Huge covered patio with a nice view of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. The hosts were very helpful and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

Condo was clean and had easy access to a pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beaches. Host was nice and informative. Directions for check in and check out were very clear. Would gladly choose this host and VRBO again if in the South Padre Island area.

Excellent in Every Way

This is a stylish and quite nice condo on the beach in S Padre. It is well equipped and it is well run and maintained by its owners. The owners were quite helpful and very professional arranging everything ahead of time. They also checked in to see if everything was well and of course it was. It was a busy summer weekend overall in SPI but this condo made it just right for our stay. For a couple this is perfect. Sometimes it might take a trip to somewhere to find where you like it and want to stay, but we found it here and we will certainly be back and stay here again. Thank you very much.

SPI Vacation for family of 3

Check-in was a breeze with the instructions sent a week prior. Proximity to the beach was a short distance; with a toddler It was a bit of a walk, but luckily we brought our wagon with us to carry all essentials. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I was nervous because I forgot to pack my own pillow, thank goodness everything in the condo was comfortable for us. Living area was very spacious and It was perfect for all basic needs. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch several days there and do some laundry as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay and for being so accommodating! Looking forward to another visit!

Just Perfect!!!

My wife and i were just amazed about this condo...we have twins, 3 year olds and it was perfect. the high ceilings, upgrades, granite countertops, layout, access from the elevator, balcony in front of pool. the propane grills. the pool. the beach access. as always, we love the sunchase iv. the security is very strict, which i love. i dont mind them questioning us from time to time. thank you Jaime
