The condo's two-story layout comes complete with all the modern essentials of home, including central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Awash with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows featuring a stained glass section depicting a jumping swordfish, the breezy interior features a contemporary coastal theme and amenities. The open living area features an array of plush seating, classic board games, and a smart TV for comfortable game and movie nights. Showcasing gorgeous countertops and sleek, stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher - the full kitchen is ready and equipped for home-cooking. Grab a quick bite at the two-seater breakfast counter or sit-down for full meals at the dining table set for four. A mini-fridge is located next to the front door for storing beach snacks and cold drinks.
In the evenings, you can leave the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer and retire to one of the two bedroom suites downstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, direct access to a second balcony overlooking the bay, and a flatscreen TV.
