Le condo est situé au cœur de South Padre Island, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de plusieurs kilomètres de magnifiques plages de sable. Cette belle location est l'endroit idéal pour faire de vos prochains souvenirs de vacances.

Ceci est un condo récemment rénové au bord de la plage est au rez de chaussée et est idéal pour les familles avec enfants ou les Texans d'hiver.

Dans ce condo, vous profiterez de la commodité et du confort d'un chez-soi. Ce condo une salle de bain est propre, élégant, spacieux et meublé avec goût. Le condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nombreux appareils, d'un salon avec canapé-lit, d'un accès haut débit à Internet et de la télévision par câble, d'une chambre relaxante avec une télévision dans la chambre. Le complexe est mis à jour et bien entretenu.

Le salon et la chambre ont chacun accès à la salle de bains spacieuse, idéale pour les groupes de 4 personnes. La cuisine s'ouvre sur le salon pour un concept ouvert et une conversation facile. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire de cuisine pour ceux qui souhaitent prendre leur repas à la maison.

Great proximity to everything but especially beach access

Small but comfortable space with everything we needed except some comfy outdoor chairs and an area to sit out for coffee. The bar behind us was far too close and loud but at least they shut down the live music at 10. We had lots of trouble with the code lock. Needs updating. We loved the area, the weather, beach walks and laid back feel of the island.

Amazing property

This is a well kept very comfortable condo literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans needed for a full stay. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, as well as the market.

Overall- we would stay here again

The property itself is kinda older appearance wise. There was plenty of parking and the communication from the host was perfect! Super easy to get to the beach and then to go to the main Padre strip for food/shopping. The noise in the area is a bit much if you’re traveling with kids because the bars etc all play live music until they close. The inside was fairly clean- no bugs or anything. Furniture could use with some updating but everything was functional. I think what impressed me the most was the security with the entry way being multi locking and the communication of the host. I was concerned about what may have happened to the property after seeing stories of the recent storms. The owner directly emailed me along with giving me the property site managers info so I could get those updates directly. They were informative and quick in their responses. The price was fair for what we got and we would stay there again in the future.

Great location

This place is in a great location; only a few minutes from the beach. Small and cozy place. It was good for the 4 of us (me, my wife and 2 kids). A couple recommendations I would make are placing a TV in the bedroom and providing supplies (i.e. dish soap, all purpose cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). I wish they had a washer and dryer but I guess due to the space, it’s not possible. The people that live in the building are super friendly and very nice. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.

Great accomidations, some minor furniture replacements needed but overall function was there. I would suggest more kitchen linens (dish cloths, rug) but overall great furnishings. Great communications with So is and Susan. Would rent again in the future.

This location on SPI, for the most part is excellent for beach access just a short walk away and for the amenities available. However, what the host does not tell you, is there is a bar directly behind the unit's only bedroom that plays live music until 10 - 10:30 each night. That's probably okay for the party person, but if you're used to going to bed early because you're a morning person, it presents a problem sleeping. Additionally, the hot water for bathing and showering is limited to an on demand tankless system that often leaves you with Luke warm shower and hand sink water. Forget taking a bath. You had to let it run for an inordinate amount of time. Lastly, Sonia, our manager in reporting our hot water problem only communicated by email and appeared defensive and argumentative. "Not Good," when you're the customer.

They need to replace one of the beach chairs. Ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. The living room chairs should be cleaned or replaced. We really enjoyed our stay and the manager was very helpful. We had a very fast response and came over quickly to help. The kitchen was stocked very well.

Great little place

Overall it was a great stay. Pros: -walking distance to beaches, restaurants - short driving distance to grocery stores and shops - kitchen was well equipped (just had to buy dishsoap and sponge) - extra linen and pillows provided - TV and streaming avaliable - 2 recliners Cons: - some spots on the floor were sticky - found some cups and plates that were unclean in the cupboards - the bar that is close by was a bit loud and some singers were just terrible 😂 - no laundry unit avaliable but laundromat was about 4 mins drive ( spend about $10 to wash and dry a big load of laundry)

Perfect for our family of 3. Really enjoyed the closeness to the beach; just a short walk. I really liked the hidden gem rt behind us; a small hidden neighborhood bar. Walked over on our last night & had a few drinks and really enjoyed the music. Perfect ending to our perfect getaway. Will definitely be back.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family likes spending time on the beach and had always wanted to get a beach condo. We were looking for something that was simple and within walking distance to the beach.

We wanted our condo to be on the ground floor as our elderly parents would not have been able to climb the stairs and my sister (who has a small baby in stroller) would have had trouble lugging stroller up and down the stairs.

This condo is on the ground floor and is at a perfect location for long beach days!!. It is just a short walk across the street to the nearest beach access, so walking back for food, drinks, and restroom breaks is a non-issue—IT IS GREAT TO BE SO CLOSE!.

Not to forget you get your own parking this close to the beach when you rent our condo. This is perfect during the peak season when finding a public parking becomes a great hassle.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The condo is located on Retama street next to the greatest restaurant on the beach, The Palms! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served and if you happen to be out on the beach lounging it is perfect for refreshments too. There are lost of restaurants and shopping in walking distance from the condo.

The condo location as ideal location on the island since it is sandwiched between the southern entertainment district and the northern quiet district.

Spend your mornings swimming, kite-boarding, and surfing in the Gulf of Mexico, and take evening walks on the beach to watch the summer fireworks. The marina is less than 5 mins drive where you can rent boats or go for Dolphin watch and Sunset Cruise.

The north end of the beach offers adventure activities, horse back riding on the beach and you can also drive your vehicle on the beach sand!.

There are also plenty of options for fishing - Surf Fishing, Pier Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea fishing. Great for spending quality time with your kids.
