Sip your morning coffee while you sit on your patio as you enjoy the beautiful sun rising over the ocean. Go for a walk on the beach just a few steps from your condo in La Internacional condos. Splash in the surf right outside I your door. Lounge on the beach with your favorite book, while you soak up the sunshine. Have your lunch right next door at the Wanna Wanna bar and grill. There are numerous delicious places for dinner that are walking distance, or prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Take a dip in the pool or hot tub, and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the sound of the waves. Sleep great in the brand new king sized bed, and do it all again tomorrow! The sleeper sofa has also got a brand new mattress. The condo has recently been freshly painted and decorated. There’s a beautiful brand new zero entry tile shower and bathroom. Welcome to your new favorite place!

Beautiful Condo

Perfect location for an easy and short walk to Wanna Wanna Bar and grill. My personal favorite. Beautiful view to have your morning coffee on the back patio. Condo as very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Felt like home.

Spacious bedroom, super comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom, cozy/swivel chair for ocean viewing inside, enough space to extend hide-a-bed, size appropriate table and chairs for dining inside, well stocked kitchen for cooking, lanai chairs were perfect for beach watching and reading or sunbathing.Owners quickly responded and their messages were warm, friendly and kind.I was healing from a surgery so I couldn't swim so I created plan B. I got a used canvas and painted. The owner honored me by liking it so much she allowed me leave it. Unknown to me I captured what she loves .. sea turtle, horse and ocean. You may see it hanging at the condo.The condo community is friendly and respectful of space. If you want to chat, there's lovely people who will stop by. If you don't, a wave and good morning will suffice.

Right Next to the Beach

1st floor condo with small patio practically on the beach was very nice. Kitchen was very nicely equiped and we appreciated the coffee pot with filters and the paper towels. Bathroom had nice walk-in shower with abundant towels. Other guests that we met were super nice. Swimming pool and hot tub were very clean and not very crowded when we were there so we enjoyed those features. Great proximity to restaurants and souvenir shopping.

Location!

We had such a lovely stay here! Just steps to the beach, although it's just as nice to sit out on the back patio and watch and listen to the waves! Great location and close to everything! We definitely recommend it for those looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beach a few steps from the door!

We had a fine time during our week on South Padre Island. It was a pleasure to walk out of the unit and directly onto the beach. We would love to stay there again!

The beach is your back yard!

Great place to getaway to. The beach is literally about 50 paces from the condo. I so enjoyed drinking my coffee watching the sun rise or set in the distance. Everything was as described and better. The bed was very comfy and we had all the amenities of home. I'm ready to stay here again!

Perfect Place & Location

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved being able to enjoy coffee and evening drinks on the little patio. The ground floor location was just steps from the beach. We always visit Wanna Wanna so being next door was a bonus. The complex is older but very clean and well maintained. The unit has recent updates (listing photos are a good reflection of the reality) and is very comfortable.

We took a family vacation with our 3 year old. This condo was perfect just steps from the beach. Close to restaurants, and grocery stores. We had everything we needed to cook family meals. It was a great experience !Twverythingneeded

Awesome Beachfront Property

Proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The unit was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the responsiveness of the host was always prompt regarding any questions.

Great vacation and location

This was a great location and on the beach access was amazing. Air conditioning in this condo worked amazingly! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Getting in and out was a breeze. Overall i would rent again. But a few things that would be handy to keep in a closest. Umbrellas for the beach. The nice orange umbrellas they put out every morning are like $45 a day and they put them up way early. An ice chest to carry drinks out to the beach would be handy to have. Filding chairs to take out onto the beach and sit in the water would be nice so you dont have to purchase all these at walmart.. The couch bed is really not great. As a couch its perfect but as a bed not so much. Maybe in the future a higher quality more sturdy pull out option theres no way an adult could sleep on that. Overalls 5 🌟 would help

Excellent location

Very nice condo! Excellent location steps from the beach! Will definitely stay here again for our next beach trip! Only a couple of suggestions: air filters need changed, provide more towels for showers and the cable box in the master bedroom did not work. Thanks for our stay we had a great vacation!

Outstanding beach getaway

This place is perfect for a simple relaxing beach vacation. The beach is literally your back yard. It even has a small cement patio I was able to grill on. Highly recommended

Best location on the beach!

We loved staying at this lil spot on the beach! Great location! Could drink coffee on patio and watch the ocean every evening. Only steps to The beach! Loved having the pool And hot tub as well. Condo was renovated and very nice and modern and clean! Everything was close to shops and restaurants! Very good communication with the owners! Will stay again!

We are from Ankeny, Iowa. We have a small home improvement business. We have had long term rentals in the past, but transitioned into this vacation rental a couple of years ago. It is so much more fun! We fell in love with South Padre Island a few years ago, the first time we visited. It has been very rewarding to make improvements to our condo and try to make it everyone else’s favorite place too! There’s something very rewarding about hearing from our guests that they had a great time and loved staying at our place!

We have absolutely loved being ground floor-right in front of the ocean! We really feel like we have the best location on South Padre Island!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is a few steps from the beach. We are right next door to Wanna Wanna-a favorite bar and grill on the island. Our condo is positioned in La Internacional to face directly at the ocean, and being ground floor means we can walk out our sliding glass door a few steps to the beach. We remodeled our bathroom and have a large, zero entry tiled shower. We have newer furniture, including new mattresses on the king sized bed and queen sized sleeper sofa. Our condo is all updated, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing view!!
