Great home layout. Very satisfied. Harmony Beach vacation rentals. Great help. Went way over to make sure we were happy and satisfied before selecting our area. Will definitely be using them again. I just wish they did large homes as well.

Stress Free Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a reason we come back to this location year after year. If is by far the best place we've stayed, in over 20 years of coming to the Destin area. The staff at Harmony Beach are always friendly and sensitive to our needs. Check-in was a breeze and they made sure everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Beach view was fantastic with access literally 40 yards from our front door. Private beach staff had our chairs set up each morning, which made for an easy walk without lugging unnecessary items. Area restaurants were great as always. All in all, it was another lovely and exciting vacation. Thanks Harmony Beach! See you again next year.

The weather was great, the water perfect. Will be coming back next year.We had a small issue with the clothes dryer not working. The management staff addressed the problem quickly, even allowing us to use another unit's dryer until the part arrived the next day. Very professional, class act team!!!

MUCH NEEDED VACATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good vacation. Maintenance was not what I'd expect. We had issues with receptacles that was never reaolved. The other issues were handled quickly. Property could definitely use some interrior improvements (AC vents are rusting, some paint is peeling, etc.) But it is still a nice place

Very disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulf Winds before (a few years ago) in #33 and was very satisfied. Not with #10---there were palmetto bugs the first 3 days until they finally came out and sprayed and also had some of the greenery cut down where they live. The bed I was in was so uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The towels were like they had only been rinsed so I washed them and it improved them, but they could invest in some new towels. These were ancient. The stairs had a strong musty smell. They were the only part of the apartment that had carpet. In the back bathroom there was not a bar inside or outside the all-glass shower. It made it very difficult getting in and out of it. I won't return to this property.

Beautiful Unit with a view of the Gulf

Unit was beautifully decorated with quality furniture. Very impressed with the furnishings. Comfy beds, adequate number of towels, with w/d in the unit. Beautiful view of the gulf from the front window/balcony. Will request this unit again.

I have been staying at Gulf Winds East for over 40 years and have enjoyed every stay. The private beach is beautiful and the pool is very relaxing end to the day. The location is perfect. Highly recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an excellent well-situated beach condo with an exceptional gulf view. The condo itself is very nice and makes for a comfortable stay. Right across the street from the condo is a private access gate to the beach. To capitalize on the view, for this condo, the living area and kitchen are upstairs and the two bedrooms are downstairs. The downstairs washer and dryer really are convenient.

Their beach is much less crowded than much of the others with more condos / high rises to support.

Amazing and beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Gulf Winds East room 10 with our two children and it was amazing! The room was gorgeous and spacious and clean! It has a gulf view full kitchen and living area and two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There was a king bed in the master with a walk in shower and a queen in the second bedroom with a standard shower tub combo and the half bath was upstairs. There was a heated pool that our kids loved and was only about 20 steps to the beach. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the living room area and kitchen were upstairs but even with that I would still gladly book this exact room again no hesitation. 5 star recommendation all the way.

The perfect place

The renting process was easy. Management available and responsive. The condo is so much better in person than the photos. It is bright inviting, comfortable environment with a view of the beach. Enjoyed hours sitting on the balcony reading and enjoying the view. So convenient to everything. It was the perfect place.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo #10 is in need of a good cleaning and update of the living room furniture. None of the furniture was comfortable to sit on for very long. Also, there was dirt underneath the pull-out couch along with empty bottles. And we also saw 3 cockroaches.
