Superb location and views

The unit's location to the beach could only be beat by being at a house on the sand. It was clean and has a spacious living area upstairs. The only problem is that the only way to access the unit when it's locked is from the front door, but parking is in the back, so you have to walk around to the front of the building. Besides that the facility is nice. We would love to stay here again!

This is our second stay at Gulf Winds East and the view from the front is much better from the other units. Enjoyed the sound of the waves in the evenings from the balcony.

Amazing

When we first came in. It was very comfortable. We had a whole view of the beach which all my friends and family liked. and whenever they would go to sleep on the couch that converts to a bed while watching the TV. He said that it was a amazing!

No regrets!

This location hit the spot with three teenage boys. They could walk down to the beach, restaurants, etc. The beach and private entrance is literally within view of the porch. The unit had so much seating and is well stocked with everything you would need (except an air fryer) 😄. Plenty of towels and extras, like boogie boards and beach chairs. The neighborhood pool was on the backside. We will definitely be back again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THIS IS ACTUALLY A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. THEY HAVE MANY UNITS AND THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND A GREAT LOCATION. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO UNIT 3 IS THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM IS UPSTAIRS SO WHEN YOU COME IN THE CONDO YOU ARE TRACKING SAND IN OR NEAR THE BEDROOM AREA WHICH IS DOWN STAIRS. OTHERWISE NO COMPLAINTS

A Piece of Paradise Here in the States

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to this area for over 30 years and this condo group never fails to impress. Just a short walk across the road to the beach and walking distance to 4 outstanding beach view restaurants.Most units have been remodeled and ours was no exception. The pool is always clean and a refreshing break from the sand and gulf. First class shopping is just minutes away as well as great entertainment to be had at the Harbor docks area. It all adds up to the perfect beach vacation.

Loved everything but had one complaint...The code to get to the beach access never worked every time we went out we took another route (next door). We called the office and she got in, and we watched others get get in from our balcony. It became comical after awhile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this unit!! The only issues with unit 3 are the blinds for the sliding glass doors. We had to hang sheets up in the bedrooms because the blinds were broken and missing panels. But this is a minor complaint. Maybe get curtains for this unit. Because we love staying in this unit ever year!! :-)

Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our vacation this place is beautiful..but office lady and unit inspector was so so rude!!we arrive a little early and call the office to see when unit will ready we have some small kids and was able to pay the fee to get in even the cleaning lady that was there told us that she was done but when we call in they even want talk just be RUDE as they can be !!! We very disappointed with customer service..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week in Gulf Winds East #3 again. The condo is conveniently located right across the street from the beach with private access. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a crockpot, which made for easy meal prep and more beach time. The beach decor throughout the condo is a little over the top but you can tell the owners love this home. The new couches and recliner are beautiful but the recliner is in the wrong spot to watch the TV. The dresser drawers are also getting hard to open. The new shades are a great improvement and when one came off its roller, Harmony maintenance was there to fix it immediately. We appreciated the late checkout, too!

A super location for access to the beach and fantastic heated pool after dipping in on the beach when the temps were cool for December. Since we stayed about a week, maybe having a few more laundry and dishwasher packets would have been helpful. The amount of dishes to choose from for cooking were great, but maybe could benefit from some staples in the house like cooking spray, foil and seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean. We did need to do laundry so it was nice to have the washer and dryer. Sitting on each porch with the provided furniture was great too. Would definitely recommend and would come again.

BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and close to the beach but, once we noticed there is a terrible infestation of roaches. Small ones and big ones! It made our skin crawl. We ate at home several times and didn’t notice it till the last night. Had to throw everything out. I had brought my own coffee machine it had to be trashed with fear of bringing back bugs to my home. If I could add pictures/videos to this review I would.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our apartment had black mold on all the vents, we had to move to two different apartments. We didn’t get our view we wanted. The smell was so bad in the apartment. Was scared to sit in the kitchen chairs they seemed like they was gonna fall apart. We have stayed her for the past 6 years and will never do it again. We will be finding a new place to stay.
