This modern 7th floor open plan apartment in the Eixample area is finished and decorated to a high standard - only a few minutes walk from the Passeig de Garcia,Barcelona's chic and most famous boulevard. The main living area has the benefit of air conditioning, TV, DVD and leads to a large terrace with incredible views over the Sagrada Familia, which is just a minutes walk away.

The apartment has a Barcelona tourism licence.

The Verdaguer metro station is less than 200 metres away. This apartment is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Barcelona has to offer.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend get away to Barcelona. This flat was a perfect base for our womens weekend trip. The accomidation was fantastic. Our only issue was figuring out one of the keys, it didn't seem to fit in the lock it was supposed to. Otherwise everything was flawless! 10/10 recommend.

All good things! It was SO helpful to watch the video of how the keys worked. We never had an issue and the host was very responsive when we needed to ask a question. The property is in a GREAT location and we enjoyed the deck very much! The only weird thing was there was no top sheet on the beds. Other than that we had a great time and would stay again!

The location and property was as described. Unbeatable view from the rooftop deck of Sagrada Família and convenient location in the middle of Eixample neighborhood in Barcelona. We had a few instances of delays in communication with the owners during our stay but the maintenance contact was very responsive. The unit is well maintained. The only challenges we encountered were 1. Very little hot water. We could never get more than 2 quick hot showers (which was an inconvenience to get four ppl ready and out the door each day). 2. There were no utensils in the unit (no forks, knives, spoons nor any cooking utensils).

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Regarding the hot water, unfortunately there is only a small water tank, and it can sometimes can take a short time to reheat the water again in-between showers. We were surprised about the comment of missing utensils and cutlery, as these are provided in the kitchen. They are stored in a drawer inside another pull out drawer. We have reviewed how these are stored and since labelled the drawer to make them easier to find. This was the perfect place to stay for a Barcelona Vacation - easy access to everything. The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication with the hosts was outstanding. I would highly recommend! The only recommendation I would give is to change the lock - it is difficult to get a hang of it. Other than that - EXCELLENT!

Great apartment

Great apartment. Wonderful location. Good food and stores near by. If you’re traveling with kids- this is a great choice as the building is super secure and allows you the flexibility to head down to the corner for a snack and leave the kids for a bit.

Fantastic stay in Barcelona!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four during our stay in Barcelona. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and the view of Sagrada Familia was amazing! We were able to easily walk or take transit to everything we wanted to do during our time in Barcelona.

This is an incredible location for Barcelona. Very close to the train and all the locations of int.

If you want to be out and about to restaurants or enjoy drinks on your private patio this is the place for you. Comfortable beds and good communication with owners/managers.

Fantastic stay near Sagrada

My husband and I along with our adult daughter met in Barcelona for a week long stay at this fabulous apartment! Everything was wonderful and we loved the large deck with the great view of the Sagrada. The location was fantastic and we were were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely go back.
