THE SPACE:This apartment is the best place for exploring Barcelona. You will have everything you need for a fantastic stay! Enjoy this very beautiful, old building from the beginning of last century. Perfect location, very close to Barcelona's 5th avenue, the Paseo de Gracia and walking distance to Born and all the tourist sites in the city centre.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Single bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed with AC

Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed with AC

1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room

Great large place

Great large place for a big group. Plenty of space and a great location. Would stay again if I was back in Barcelona with a large group. Easy check in with a mobile key.

Great apartment

Excellent location, easy to walk to many places. Good neighborhood with many restaurants. Property was clean and worked for our group of 5. Communication with management company was excellent.

Accommodations were just as described and though my regular host was unavailable, the person covering for them was amazing— helpful, responsive and kind! We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat if it was possible. Wonderful time!!

Great place to stay!

Everything about this place was wonderful! It was very roomy for our family of 4 - my husband, me and our two kids, ages 19 & 20. The location was fantastic, with all the places we wanted to see within walking distance. But, it you got tired from walking the metro was very close and easy to use! The air conditioning worked very well and we were always very comfortable. There is a very small market just next door for the basics and many restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to visit Barcelona again!

The place is very large and wonderful in size for larger groups. The location and building it’s self, is beautiful, perfect walking distance to everything, is well maintained, safe, and on the upper scale / quality side. The elevator is great- most places in Europe don’t have! and is super retro and cute. Josep was quick to answer all our questions and needs. It was a beyond perfect stay!

This place is in a great location and a great building with the sweetest doorman ever named Antonio. We were across the street from the Girona metro and a 10 min walk to Las Ramblas. The rooms were comfortable and the place was very clean. The only issue was the second bathroom is very small and had shutters to close it not an actual door and when you shower in there water gets everywhere. We ended up all just using the main shower. Overall though great space, and would stay here again

Barcelona Stay

We recently stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Their is a small grocery store right next door and so many restaurants a short distance away. The bathtub in the main bathroom is pretty high and it would have been nice to have a bar or something to hold on to when getting out of the shower. The second bathroom is very small but is was a definite plus having that second bathroom. Lino and Dani were available before and during our stay for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

After another Airbnb host had to cancel my reservation last minute, he put me in touch with H2O, and it could not have worked out any better! They were extremely accommodating with transferring my cancelled reservation over to his space. Through the process they were very prompt and accurate when responding to messages. Upon arrival to the apartment it was very clean and we were provided with an extensive travelers guide to Barcelona which was quite insightful. This apartment is a very great area within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, etc. The views from the balconies were amazing. I would recommend the apartment to anyone desiring to travel and stay in Barcelona!

Great spacious apartment and fab location with great views of Sagrada Familia. I would definitely recommend staying here. If you don't like lifts be prepared to walk 6 flights of stairs. Check in ran smoothly and communication was spot on. Thanks.
