The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, in the area of El Fort Pienc (Eixample). It is a stylish and comfortable place with great transport links. You will be located next to the emblematic Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park.
This apartment is perfect for couples, business travelers and families. Sits on the border of 3 different neighborhoods: El Born, Eixample and Sagrada. Explore the different neighborhoods and enjoy this bustling part of Barcelona. I hope you enjoy your stay!
The Space:
My stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting Barcelona. Conveniently located in the exciting area of El Fort Pinenc and with great transport links, youâll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!
The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! Itâs a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback. If cooking is your thing, youâre going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - youâll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here!
The master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed. You donât have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
â ïž VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (with ensuite bathroom)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (the individual bed on the pictures has been replaced by a double bed)
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Desktop area ideal for working remotely
- 2 full bathrooms, one of them ensuite
- Balcony on the living room
- Central AC and heating
- TV and high speed Wi-fi
- Elevator in the building
- Baby travel cot and high chair available under request
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival
- Paid parking off premises

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is well connected to Paseig de Sant Joan, a wide avenue that connects the neighbourhood of Grà cia with the Arc del Triomf right by the Born district. It doesn't just link two of the city's coolest neighbourhoods, it has recently become the go-to place for Barcelona locals. The stretch between Carrer ValÚncia and Carrer Casp and the surrounding area has been newly laid out making it ideal for cyclists and pedestrians. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you. In a nutshell⊠you can't afford to miss it.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Tetuan (Line 2).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5âŹ.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25⏠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⏠and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⏠+ all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
