L'emplacement de l'appartement est fantastique à visiter et profiter de Barcelone, il est dans le centre-ville, et après cela, vous pouvez avoir un repos réconfortant avec vos enfants ou votre partenaire, car d'une manière incroyablement calme.

Il est un appartement avec ascenseur dans un immeuble typique de la belle «Ensanche» au dernier étage.
Il est très bien situé. Les principaux sites touristiques sont situés à 20 minutes à pied de l'appartement. (5-10 minutes en métro)
Il est parfait pour aller à Barcelone foire ou un congrès (5 min. À pied)

L'aéroport est à 15 minutes en voiture.

Raul was the ultimate host. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a quick tour of the city, marked up a map to show us what to do, where to go for activities, where to eat, and at the end of our stay took us to the train station. His friendliness and enthusiasm about Barcelona was infectious. He had a very nice welcoming basket when we arrived at the apartment. Everything was very clean, and the apartment was well appointed. Nothing was ever a problem. We will be back!

April 1-11We had a wonderful time in Barcelona due in large part by having this wonderful apartment to return to. It always felt like coming home. 11 out of 10! Raul picked us up from the airport and gave us a cool tour of Mont Juic on the way to the apartment. It is close to public transportation, restaurants and attractions. Everything in the apartment worked great, and it was nice having the elevator. Raul checked in with us several times during our stay and was very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Raul and this apartment!

Raul and Carmen were wonderful hosts! Raul met us at the front door helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment, explaining how everything worked. They were also nice enough to have put stock into the unit, milk, juice, fruit, coffee, etc. much appreciated! Raul also sat with us and went over maps he put together with restaurant reccomendations, places to see (some most people don't) and how and where to use the metro system with ease. The apartment was as described in the listing, clean and well located for our touring purposes. We could not have had a better stay in Barcelona. If we go back we will be call on Raul and Carmen again. Thank you both for helping to make our trip special!

Our stay was great, and started out well with a warm welcome from Raul and fruit/wine basket in room. The location is very convenient and we took the subway and walked everywhere. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. It was close to public transportation and many bakeries/restaurants. I loved that there were two bedrooms! Raul was super sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond with recommendations and even picked us up from the airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay with Raul and Carmen was one of the best experiences ever . Their apartment is a clean, quiet and nicely decorated place in the 5th floor of a pleasant neighborhood. With the elevator its easy to get up, the place is sunny and warm, the beautiful terrasse was still to cold for us to use in february. I loved that the apartment is not directed to the street but to a very big yard, it means you don't hear any traffic noise. Raul and Carmen are very warm and welcoming hosts, Raul even found the time to come pick us up on the airport. They offered a fruit basket in the apartment, coffee, tea butter and compliments for the breakfast, drinks in the fridge and plenty of helpful information about the surroundings and how to get from A to B. We would always come back to their place and we can highly recommand it

The host Raul was very warm and welcoming. He even picked us up from the airport. He has great knowledge of Barcelona and provided maps and ways to get to places of interest. He also left us a fruit basket, bottle of wine, bread, jam, coffee, milk, cokes, and beer. That was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment was cute, sunny and nice TV. There was terrace access but too cold outside to go to. Overall I would recommend Raul as a host and his apartment for anyone who wants to have a home away from home and in a neighborhood with very good access to all of the points of interest.

Thanks to the wonderful and warm owner couple, I had no worries during my stay in Barcelona. The interior of the apartment was so relaxing that I felt like I was staying at a relative's house. My wife is from Galicia, in the north-west of Spain and she works as an accountant for a computer company.
We have two children. We live in the same building where the apartment is, and I managing my own apartment.
I like swimming and listening to music.
We love going to the beach and traveling.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of the apartment is fantastic to visit and enjoy Barcelona, and after that, you can have a comforting rest with your children or your partner because it´s incredibly quiet.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is a quiet sunny place in the city center. It´s very well communicated and you can walk to the main sights in town. There are a lot of a good restaurants, markets and supermarkets if you prefer to cook at home.
Barcelona Fair is close to the apartment.
It takes only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi or airport bus, and 5 minutes to Sants station where you can take the High-Speed Train (AVE) and go to Madrid in two and a half hours.
Other important thing is that we live in the same building, so we can help you on anything that you need quickly, so very personalized attention.
