L'impressionnante propriété de 265 m² comprend un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 6 chambres et 4 salles de bains et peut accueillir 14 personnes.

Beautiful villa with enough space to accomodate larger groups

Pros: We stayed here with 13 people and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, had a lot of amenities and it is located perfectly. In a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and restaurants, a very short walk to the train station which takes you up and down the coast towards Malaga. The pool is large enough that even with bigger groups it does not get crowded, and there are loads of activities that you can do on the property.

New year holiday in Torremuelle

Great location, villa had everything we needed. Tasteful and peaceful local area with great cafe, good supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach, as is a nice small quiet beach. Whole family, three generations, all enjoyed it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent villa. Victoria the house manager was very helpful and friendly. The owner Luc was also very helpful. Super location. Beautiful pool and large spacious bedrooms. The property has everything you need. WiFi connections caused us some issues but wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thank you.

House clean and ready for our arrival - even though we were earlier than the website stated it was all ready. Very close to railway station so very easy to get to and from airport. Great local supermarkets, bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach.

Pros: The villa was brilliant, everything we needed was provided. Lots of space (big rooms, 3 bathrooms/ shower rooms), a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you can think of, pool (heated), table tennis, badminton, a nice lawn to play on. The location of the villa is spot on - next to the train station, which gave us easy links to the airport and other areas such as Fuengirola. There were also local shops if we needed it (we chose to go to the bigger supermarket further away). The area in which the villa is located is very quiet and scenic. We had a wonderful time just having a walk around the area. My mother who has mobility issues found it difficult to walk around the area because it was so hilly but she spent most of the time by the pool so it wasn't a huge problem. I would recommend this villa, the owners are friendly and helpful and the villa has all that you need.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful holiday in this extremely spacious beautiful villa. The location suited us perfectly as it was in a quiet area but only a short walk to a supermarket , a couple of bars, a lovely cafe and a few restaurants. We didn't have a car and this was not an issue as the train station and bus stop are so close by. It is also very easy to get an uber which we did to take us to Benalmadena marina and pueblo. We took the train to fuengirola for a walk along the prom and then caught a bus from there to mijas pueblo which is lovely. We enjoyed relaxing at the villa and having a dip in the pool. The villa had all the glasses, dishes and pots and pans you could ever need. We loved the outdoor dining terrace and the various outdoor areas where we could sit in the sun or get a bit of shade. The view from the pool area and upstairs bedroom was spectacular. We loved every minute of our stay here and would love to visit again sometime. Communication with the owner was also great. Thank you

We had the house from 3 p.m., but the cleaning was only finished at 7 p.m. The pool lacked chlorine, so all our things turned green and unfortunately the pool man didn't come until Monday morning and fixed the pool, so we missed a little too many bathing hours. the dishwasher has seen better days, several of the chairs around the table outside were broken. the towels frayed and had also seen better days. tiles were loose and other things, but after all that is a nice house/place and we enjoyed our holiday.

Pros: Beautiful large villa,would recommend for a family holiday,near to station where you can travel to many of the resorts with easy access. Lovely big pool, garden terrace for badminton,boules or table tennis. Bbq plenty of gas but needed replacing, a tad tired and rusty,but you could still use it with foil. Maybe need some of the pillows replacing. Not stayed in other villas but could not find any instructions on how to use tele,dishwasher, aircon,wash machine,cooker hob, micro and main oven. We googled what we could and tried our best with the rest! No problems except tele,but we had music and good company and ate out more than not.plenty of hot water and well equipped kitchen. New garage conversion is good,needs a bigger mirror and shower floor needs to slope for easier drainage but only just done so early fixes. Fantastic and fabulous views, would go back tomorrow, otherwise perfect . THANKYOU Patricia and Luc !

Great location in Benalmadena with beautiful terrace

Overall, we had a great trip however. I found the owner to be a poor communicator , the house is 4 really bedrooms and 1 that looks like it was the pantry of the kitchen and the other the tv (which was unusable as the 8 remotes were all in Dutch) room, closed by a curtain. The owner, a couple days before check in told me that I would be charged 300 euro for heating the pool, 10 euro for linens per person and 5 for towels each day. I could do nothing but accept this as all of my family were flying in. When I looked up by initial contract I paid for all of this originally and thus far have not heard from owner about acknowledgement or return of my deposit. The project manager was amazing, she helped where she could - getting the pool heater to work etc. The house furnishings are really old in the dining room and living room. There are keys to every door and gate - 8 and every window - crazy. But we had fun!!

The amount a guest pays includes only the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. Luc also notes that in order to proceed with the refund, the guest was asked to confirm their payment details. Unfortunately, Luc was not provided with the necessary information at that time. The layout of properties and amenities are made as clear as possible when we create our listings. Professional photographs are taken without using wide-angled lenses, and uploaded without any retouching or filters. They are as close to reality as possible. The descriptions also get updated regularly. We appreciate and note your comments regarding the general furnishings, and take them on board to help us further improve the property for the future. Pros: We genoten van onze vakantie. Aangename omgeving : vlakbij bakker en restaurants en kleine supermarkt. Voor onze uitstappen naar het strand in Fuengirola, naar de Caminito del rey, naar de kabelbaan, het parque de las palomas en de markt in Benalmadena, en ons bezoek aan Malaga gebruikten we de huurauto's die we perfect konden parkeren bij het huis. Alles voldoende aanwezig in het huis. Zeker een aanrader !!!

Pros: Onze familie (10 pers) met kinderen en kleinkinderen (2x7 en 2x9) heeft een heerlijke tijd gehad. Vooral het verwarmde zwembad was fijn voor de kinderen. Er kan hier en daar wat klein onderhoud gedaan worden maar dat is niet storend. Let wel op uw spullen, het huis is beveiligd door camera's en sensoren en dat is uiteraard niet voor niets.
