Cette villa neuve et moderne, est située dans le meilleur emplacement pour passer vos vacances. Il est situé à 150 mètres de la plage de Torreblanca et à seulement quelques mètres de la gare, donc tout est à distance de marche, vous n'aurez donc pas nécessairement besoin d'une voiture pour votre séjour.

La villa est neuve et a été rénovée dans un style ouvert avec des espaces lumineux et lumineux. La distribution est pratique et confortable et est divisée en trois zones, la zone principale est la cuisine entièrement équipée et la salle à manger où vous pouvez asseoir jusqu'à dix personnes, ici vous pouvez également trouver la télévision et le coin salon. Tous sont légers et offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer de la piscine, vous donnant un sentiment complet d'être en vacances.

Sur le côté droit de la villa a une chambre double en suite avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. De ce côté de la maison, il y a une salle de bain complète et une chambre avec des lits superposés triples parfaits pour les enfants.

De l'autre côté, vous avez deux chambres doubles, une avec salle de bains et une salle de bain indépendante.

Cette villa est idéale pour les familles souhaitant passer des vacances ensemble et avoir leur propre espace.

Dehors, il y a un espace barbecue pour asseoir dix personnes. La piscine est équipée pour les enfants et un grand bain de soleil.

Excellent villa with pool. Ideal for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The location is also great as only 5 mins to the beach.Nati, the host, is really friendly and helpful.There are a variety of bars and restaurants of varying quality along the seafront.

Absolutely fantastic, the location was fabulous, close to the train station ,the beach close walk to it ,only one day of strong rain for the hole area ,was very nice from the host to warn us from the incoming weather storm, so we could prepare, the host was very accommodating and answered all our questions, strongly considering booking a future holiday at this house

Good overall family stay. A couple of issues noted on arrival, but Natalia responded immediately to sort. She was exceptionally helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. The villa was great for our group of 8 adults. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a queen bed instead of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was really great next to the Torreblanca train station and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was very good. We would stay there again.

Excellent in all areas, i haven't got one fault with the Villa, apart from I wish I had booked 2 weeks instead of 1.Nati was available via whats app, checking in with us, as to how we were and for any questions I had and was so helpful when I had to change the times of our pick up to the airport, and when we had an issue with the filter on the pool and was remedied within hours.(Issue was due to our suncreams and derergents from our swimwear which caused pool to go cloudy). The pool was excellent and a good size with varying depths for all 8 of us Adults who all love the pool.The amenities within the villa were excellent and everything you could possibly want was there, and had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on whilst on holidays.I will definitely be booking again.

Just a great place with excellent location

Very nice and modern villa with a great location. Just 2 min walk from great beach, cafe's and restaurants. And if you want to travel for example to Fuengirola or east, just walk 1 min to railway station. I can highly recommend this for families or friends groups. And a bonus, walking distance to the big padel centre... :)

Great villa, great pool!

We lived the villa, it's perfect for large groups/family holidays. Much nicer than the photos. Shops close by, easy to travel around the area. Pool was lovely, we chose to heat it and did not regret our choice as we used it constantly. Nati was easy to communicate with and everything was easy. We would definitely like to stay again in future as it's perfect x

We had a lovely holiday in a fantastic villa. It was perfectly located for the train, the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It is very well set out for 8 people with plenty of space to sit inside and out. The pool was also a real bonus. Communication with host was friendly, prompt and reliable. All in all would recommend.

Lovely Villa and really helpful and friendly owner

Spent a few days their with some friends and had a great time. The villa is really nice and has everything that you would need. Really nice owner who couldnt be more helpful. The location is just next to a railway line but the trains are not really noticeable and did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. Ideally situated for the beach and also all the town facilities. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect family holiday

We are a family of 9 - 2 grandparents - 4 parents - 3 children - and the villa was absolutely perfect. We all had our own space and we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool at all times. The kid’s especially loved the pool and made full use of it. Communications were great. The location is perfect - adjacent to the train line and 5 minutes walk to as many bars and restaurants you need. Highly recommended

Wonderful Villa -the pictures don’t do it justice

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa as a family of 8 with 3 generations. The villa is far bigger than the pictures show and was a fantastic base for our holiday. The location was perfect and has everything you could need within a five minute walk down to the strip of many, bars, restaurants and shops which run parallel to the large stretch of beach. The communication from the host was fantastic throughout and she was on hand constantly for anything we asked no matter how little or large (apologies again for locking ourselves out)! Highly recommend booking - don’t hesitate!

Wonderful Andalusian Base

We had a fantastic month in this home. The wifi enabled us to work remotely for part of the time. It was a terrific base to see all things on the Costa del Sol and an easy walk into Fuengirola (Torreblanca area) for meals, shopping, and a quick drink or cafe con leche at a nearby bar. If there were any issues, Natalia and Hernan responded immediately and were excellent problem solvers. They made us feel welcome in their home and we had a great time. Wish we were there now.

Great Property

We (group of 9) have stayed at this property before so we knew how great it was and how handy the location was from the airport and to the beach. Nati was a great host keeping in touch before our arrival and providing recommendations of places to eat etc while we were there. The villa is exactly as described and we also chose to pay to heat the pool which made a big difference since our last visit and was brilliant. Some small issues with the property ie a broken air con unit were advised to us on arrival but they didnt impact the enjoyment of the stay and I would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Stay - Thank you Nati!

This house was perfect for our group of 7 for a visit to the Costa del Sol. Nati was a perfect communicator and made check in a breeze. The house has all the thoughtful items would want - towels for house & pool, fully outfitted kitchen with even basic cooking essentials (salt, oil, coffee, etc.). We arrived late, and Nati thoughtfully left us items for breakfast the next morning. We loved the indoor/outdoor living areas and the pool was a gorgeous treat. Each bedroom having a bath was perfect for our group. The house is a short walk to the beach road with restaurants and groceries and there was plenty of room for us to park two vehicles. This is a peaceful oasis near all the fun of Fuengirola and we would absolutely stay here again.

Natalia was extremely kind and helpful and communicated very well at every stage of our booking. She very kindly supplied food and drinks in the fridge for our arrival which we greatly appreciated. The property is in an excellent location , convenient for restaurants, shops, and the beach. It is next to the train station which made it easy to visit other resorts. The property itself was wonderful inside and outside . The pool was lovely and warm which was especially good for the two babies. But the adults loved it too! I would highly recommend this property and I am very grateful to Natalia for all her help.

We were golfing so we didn’t tend to get back until the afternoon. Unfortunately by that time the sun was obscured by the Torre Blanca hotel across the road so being November we didn’t use the pool. The property itself was very clean inside and the owner provided sufficient toiletries and cleaning equipment for the stay which was nice as normally you’re lucky to get a couple of dishwasher tablets - salt pepper, condiments and even butter were also provided as was welcome drinks. Owner was always available for any enquiries and keen to help. Some parts of the accommodation could be improved such as the mattresses, which were variously extremely hard (bunk beds) or convex or concave. As you would expect most fittings were cheap but functional. The shower fitting adjacent to my room was hanging off the wall - the water however was always hot even when multiple showers were in use simultaneously. We weren’t sure where to put the rubbish so used the hotel dumpster across the road. Overall the position of the villa was fine for what we needed, having easy access to the strip, beach and restaurants. We didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on any channels it might have had. WiFi was decent.We were 4 golfers so for our purposes have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal.

Location, Location, Owner

This is an excellent property for multi-generational, or multi-family vacations. We were 9 adults and the villa, patio and pool accommodated everyone very comfortably. The location is very handy to the beach and also the train station to facilitate trips to surrounding towns and restaurants in Fuengirola. No car needed! The owners, Nati and Hernan, are outstanding. Nati received us at the property, showed us everything we needed to know and was available as needed, for any need we had including her restaurant suggestions. All the positive comments about Nati in the different reviews of this property are spot on. Best hosts in renting vacation homes for over 25 years. Better than expected!

Nati s lovely Mum greeted us and showed us all round the Villa, it really was even better than the photos! We were all very impressed, it was ultra clean and had everything we could have asked for including supplies in the fridge which Nati had kindly organized for us. The pool was a great asset especially as the weather was so hot. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and lots of shady places to relax in when the sun just got too much. The air conditioning was a real boon especially at night and the bedding (linens) were especially top notch and the mattresses were so comfortable which assured we all got excellent nights sleep all throughout our stay. Hopefully we will return in the not so distance future to this beautiful villa its so close to the beach/shops/bars/restaurants etc. Perfect location perfect host. Thank you Nati for all your help hope to be back soon to your beautiful home.
