Pros: A superb villa in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. This villa is a rare find. I have been to other villas in Spain but none of then can compare to Villa Rotonda. It is very private, spotlessly clean and so well equipped with everything! There are lots of good restaurants nearby but would highly recommend Bistro Michel and Tanit. Wish I could have stayed another week!

The children had much fun by the pool and on the beach only fem minutes away. They also spent lots of time in the playing room. La Rotunda is ideal for great families.

Pros: We have just arrived home from out third visit to La Rotonda and we are already looking to book again. This villa has everything you could wish for and more. It has accommodated up to 8 adults and 5 children during our stays and has something for everyone. The games room is a fantastic feature and the pool is always clean. Beach and shops are 5 minutes walk away and we have found some beautiful restaurants within walking distance or a short train ride away (train station is a 5 minutes walk and perfect way of getting to and from the airport). Gilda’s team are fantastic, always on hand should we have any issues. Absolute gem of a property!

Pros: Plenty space for a group of 12, the downstairs floor gave the teenagers a space of their own. The pool table, table tennis and table football were in great condition and well used by all. The veranda overlooks the pool so it was easy to keep an eye on the younger kids when they were swimming. Wifi was excellent and fast in the main living space but not good in some of the bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, large freezer and lots of fridges including one outside in the fabulous BBQ area. We were there in pomegranate and orange season and got to pick the fruit from the trees. It was still warm and sunny mid October with temperatures up to 26 deg C. Would recommend.

Pros: This was my first time time staying at this location. It was great. Management was very attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful fully equipped and very well decorated. This house is perfect to travel with your family or friends. If you have kids you have a great room with entertainment for them. A big swimming pool and lots of garden to enjoy. The fruit trees were in bloom the garden well kept. I was advised that it was under new management but all I can say is that the new management and the owners are great to work with. The price for what you get is more than reasonable. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. I highly recommend that you stay at the Rotonda. I'll be back next year.

Pros: A large, lovely house where there was plenty of space. We were 6 adults and 5 children who enjoyed the whole week. The pool was big enough for everyone to dive and swim in. Picking oranges and pomegranates on the trees in the garden felt luxurious. Nice with separate outdoor grill area which made the evenings pure enjoyment. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and not least the sea! The easiest and cheapest way to get to Torreblanca is by train from Malaga Airport, under T3, then it's short walk to the house. We received very good help from Plant Manager Madeleine when it came to practical. Likewise, we had access to the house before normal check-in as the house was vacant before our arrival. Would strongly recommend!

Pros: Visited this Villa in June 2017. No more than a 5 min walk from the train station which was about a 30 min journey from the Airport. Two stops into Fuengirola centre which is a 4 min train ride. 300m tops to the beach and local supermarket. Piece of advice - Get a Weekly train pass, will workout a lot cheaper in the long run. Villa is substantial and plenty of room not to be on each others toes, games room is top notch and has everything you will need. Beds comfortable rooms all air conditioned. Large pool and plenty of space around the Villa for soaking up those rays. Property Manager was there when needed and more than happy to assist, along with a nice friendly Pool-Man/Gardner. Had a fantastic stay here and whilst the World is to big a place in my mind to return somewhere, this is defiantly somewhere we would return to.

Pros: We were the the week of March 11 till March 18, 2017 This is the 3rd time I've been to this property during the last 5 years and I am surprised every time I go! The owners are always upgrading and adding new things. This time they added a beautiful new room downstairs with 2 twin beds + a very cool bar in the Lounge playroom area. They replaced the pool table for a new one and installed a flat LED 55" TV. This house is my favorite place to go to, it fits 14 people but nobody bothers anyone, everybody has a place to be or something to do without disturbing the rest... Everything was clean and tidy. A very nice place to relax if you wish, or go out partying as everything is at walking distance. Our favorite restaurants are Mia's Pizzorante (italian) at Carvajal Beach and Marinos Jose (fish) also at Carvajal Beach.

Pros: I've just got back from Fuengirola stayed there as of May 25 '17. This was my second time at La Rotonda, and I was so pleased with all the upgrades and changes they have done to this property. They've built a bar downstairs in the Lounge/Playroom area, added a new bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, they added a Safe Box, changed the flooring of all downstairs, installed a large flat LED TV in the playroom. They even put more Lounge Chairs for around the pool and solarium. We were a group of 12, went with my children and grand children, we had a great time! We all did what we wanted without feeling crowded or bothered by each other. Madeleine was great from arrival to departure. Gilda was very prompt in replying and communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is perfectly located, it's secluded but close to all pubs, restaurants, beach, stores and train station. Can't wait to come back!

Pros: There were four families altogether including five Grandsons aged 18 to 22 and everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable time at La Rotonda. The pool was a great success to all and used from early in the morning till late in the evening. The games room was well used and we all enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the sheltered veranda each day. We ate out most evenings and would receommend Sams and The Wessex Bar - they were so welcoming. The Villa is so very spacious, clean and comfortable - the grounds were well maintained too by the very accommodating gardener. He came back later one evening whilst we were out so as not to disturb us. The Villa is situated so conveniently for the train, bus and beach - all about five minutes walk away - it couldn't have been easier. We all wished we had booked for two weeks as one week was definitely not long enough and to make things really special the sun shone each day from early morning to late in the evening.

Pros: Our party of 14 (8 adults and 6 children) arrived at the villa very late in the evening. However, right from the minute we arrived we knew that we were in for a real treat. The Villa was beautifully lit up and a representative from the management company was there to meet and greet us. During the first couple of days of our stay we went on to explore and fully appreciate all the facilities on offer at the villa. May I say that we were not disappointed as they were exactly as specified in the listing. What a beautiful property in a great location, we could not have been more pleased. The facilities especially the swimming pool, bar-be-que area and the games room for my grandchildren (and the adults) were amazing. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, and it was only a few minutes’ walk from the local train station, which provided an excellent service to many other local resorts. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to someone looking for a great holiday. But more importantly, we cannot wait to go back ourselves.

Pros: This villa is truly amazing, book it now!! We travelled in a group of 6, me, my elderly mum and 4 teenagers (2 x 19 year olds, an 18 year old and a 14 year old). The villa easily accommodated everyone and offered a great family space as well as offering everyone privacy too. The downstairs games rooms, bedrooms and separate entrance offered a place for the older ones to go out later at night and come home without disturbing those who are too old or young for late nights. The outdoor eating area and pool were definitely our favorite parts. Breakfasts on the terrace were a lovely start to each day. We walked to the local bakery each morning then home for a mixture of cooked breakfasts and continental. The BBQ area was fabulous too and twice we opted to use this, once for lunch and once instead of eating out. The pool


.amazing. Washing machine may not sum up holidays but with Ryanair’s harsh baggage allowance this enabled us to take fewer clothes and wash them out. Finally, the close proximity to the train station allowed day trips to the water park in Torremolinos and evening meals in Malaga.

Pros: We were 6 couples in our mid 4o's to mid 30's, had a great time! We were together when we wanted without being in each other's space. h Had great dinners on the terrace, we grilled and when we didn't want to cook, went our to the ocean boardwalk to any of the various restaurants there. Our favorite was Mia's Pizzorante (Italian) and Marino's Jose (fish) (the are both located on the oceanfront street towards your left) after dinner we would go to the pubs or bars in the downtown area near Plaza de La Constitucion. The Lounge/Playroom was excellent and entertaining. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. The property is exactly as advertised. The communication with Gilda was great from the first email to the last, there were some texts as well. When it was closer to our arrival date Madeleine (Property manager) was in charge of asking for our flight schedule and proper documentation to meet up with us at the property. They make a good team! I'm sure I'll be coming back to this property it is a gem!

Pros: Date of Stay Aug 2016 This villa is truly amazing, book it now!! We travelled in a group of 6, me, my elderly mum and 4 teenagers (2 x 19 year olds, an 18 year old and a 14 year old). The villa easily accommodated everyone and offered a great family space as well as offering everyone privacy too. The downstairs games rooms, bedrooms and separate entrance offered a place for the older ones to go out later at night and come home without disturbing those who are too old or young for late nights. The outdoor eating area and pool were definitely our favorite parts. Breakfasts on the terrace were a lovely start to each day. We walked to the local bakery each morning then home for a mixture of cooked breakfasts and continental. The BBQ area was fabulous too and twice we opted to use this, once for lunch and once instead of eating out. The pool


.amazing. Washing machine may not sum up holidays but with Ryanair’s harsh baggage allowance this enabled us to take fewer clothes and wash them out. Finally, the close proximity to the train station allowed day trips to the water park in Torremolinos and evening meals in Malaga.

Pros: We were a group of 10 adults + 4 children, arrived on July 4 and stayed for 2 weeks. What a treat! After confinement this was paradise! The pool was exquisite and very large, the game room is TOP, the house is 250 meters from the beach, everything walking distance, it was great. For 2 weeks we were able to forget the outside world! We were very happy with Gilda and her team they worked very efficiently to make everything smooth and seamless for us. Wow. The Villa exceeded all our expectations. There were 10 of us staying together - from under 1 yr

Pros: Wow. The Villa exceeded all our expectations. There were 10 of us staying together - from under 1 yr old up to 69 years. The facilities were brilliant - large living area, lovely bathrooms, good tv's (useful for getting the children out of the afternoon sun), plenty of fringe space, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside space was brilliant. We used the bbq often, and ate all our meals on the veranda. The pool was outstanding. It was cleaned on a regular basis (and the garden was well looked after too). The raised terrace was a lovely place to go and get some peace and quiet (grandad spent quite a bit of time up there!). The games room was great fun - as well as being nice and cool. The local beaches were spotless - and only a 5 minute walk. We tended to head left when we reached the promenade and headed to just beyond the pier. The water was lovely and shallow quite far out, and there were always plenty of crabs on the rocks to keep the little ones entertained. A great selection of restaurants in both directions. Lots of small supermarkets in walking distance - we also did a couple of taxi trips to the hypermarket. Train station 3 minute walk away. Really clean, cheap trains all the way to Malaga. Used it twice for day trips. Wish we'd used it earlier. Next time!!

We stayed in the villa from 8-15th July and we were a party of 8 adults and 2 kids aged 9 & 11 yrs.

Pros: We stayed in the villa from 8-15th July and we were a party of 8 adults and 2 kids aged 9 & 11 yrs. from walking through the gate it was really a 'wow' moment and it really is a fantastic place. We made great use of the pool and a the sun is over it all day, it was perfect. There is plenty of room in the villa and lots of different spaces so that we didn't feel like we were falling over each other, everyone could do their own thing. It was very clean and had lots of utensils, cutlery, plates etc it felt like more than a holiday let. We had everything we needed and the laundry room in the outhouse was a great addition. We even had a lovely BBQ and there were some BBQ bricks left over which we used. All the utensils and outdoor dinnerware were provided. Can't speak highly enough of the villa. It's a holiday we'll be speaking about for a long time to come. Between the pool and the games area, the kids didn't want to leave the villa. The area itself was lovely and a short stroll down the hill (3 mins) took us to the beach front with a few nice eating places. We also went through to fuengirola and Malaga by train as it was so easy to travel this way. The trains at the back of the villa did not bother us at all, they were very quiet. We didn't really have any problems during the week, just a small incident with a key stuck in a lock but after speaking to Madeleine the property manager, the locksmith was there that afternoon. I was a bit apprehensive when first booking the villa due to the number of these sites that can be fraudulent but the excellent communication throughout and the vast amount of information available through the app really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend this villa to a large group. We all loved it. It will be hard not to compare future holidays to this one after experiencing 'La Rotonda'. Thanks Gilda and Madeleine
